It’s not very often you find this level of care and professionalism, if it wasn’t for her I would have just cancelled the process and went elsewhere. The property is also a great deal and value for money.

For the past 6 months, our mailbox has been out of service, forcing us to collect their mail directly from USPS. Despite receiving mail notifications from USPS, there have been multiple occasions where the post office informed us that no mail had arrived. This has caused confusion and concerns about missing or delayed mail. We have submitted multiple complaints and maintenance requests to the Ashford management team regarding the mailbox issue, but there has been little to no response. Unfortunately, the problem remains unresolved despite repeated follow-ups. A functioning mailbox is a basic necessity, and the lack of urgency in addressing this issue has been extremely frustrating.
