  Since Jocelyn became the new property manager, I’ve noticed positive changes throughout the community. She’s made a real effort to improve things and create a more welcoming place to live. I appreciate the care and attention she brings, and I’m glad to see the community moving in a positive direction.

  I have lived in multiple complexes, including much older buildings, and I have NEVER seen a roach problem this bad. There are roaches everywhere, and based on the other reviews, this is clearly a widespread problem, not an isolated incident. What is even more infuriating is that management clearly does not care. They are not even sending pest control or taking meaningful action while residents continue dealing with this disgusting situation. We pay rent to live in a safe, clean, livable home. This needs to be addressed immediately. Completely unacceptable and honestly embarrassing for a residential complex.

  LISTEN UP!!! I moved into the community in August 2026, by the time rent was due in September, someone stole my catalytic converter off of my vehicle. I called the leasing office to report the incident, and to see if this was a high crime area, of course they said no, But they also have a " I don't care" care vibe. On September 4th the AC in my unit went out, I filled out a work order, 5 days later i received a door hanger from the maintenance team, saying that they had been by my unit to fix the AC. come to find out, nothing was fixed. 2 weeks later, I still have a hot apt unit and the leasing office still have the same " I don't care vibe" On Sept 15th I got my car fixed, then called the leasing office to see if garage parking was available, the leasing rep that answered the phone seemed annoyed, she said to give her 30 minutes and that she would call me back, but of course she never did. I went to the leasing office the next day to see if I can speak with the manager, but I was not allowed to speak with him/her. I wanted to pay for a garage space to park. I was told that it will be 2 months before one becomes available so meaning until then I will have to park my car on the lot in a space and risk having my converter stolen again. I wasn't allowed to put my name on a list or anything instead I was told to just keep checking back because " we have a lot of students that live here and a lot to figure out"....once again here we go .with that " I don't care " vibe If you move here, be aware that your car may get broken into or in my case your catalytic converter may get stolen, there are no security cameras or security patrolling the community at night time and they dont seems to have any plans of getting any
