  I have a great experience living here at Arcadia! The amentities are fantastic and the maintenance team is always quick and efficient. Also the leasing office is always having fun/free events food and drinks!

  Parent Review – Very Disappointed My daughter lived at this apartment complex, and unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend it for college students. She moved into an existing four-bedroom apartment with three other tenants, taking over someone else’s room. The apartment had not been cleaned before she moved in, so she cleaned it herself and moved on from the issue. During her time there, the security gate seemed to be open more often than not. There was frequently a strong smell of marijuana around the property, and she witnessed fights and other disturbances in the parking lot. She also had two different subleasers move into the apartment during her stay, which added to the feeling that she was constantly living with strangers. We understood that roommate changes can be part of student apartment living, but the lack of communication from management made the situation more frustrating. Our biggest disappointment came at move-out. She was hit with multiple charges, and despite trying to contact the office for explanations and clarification, she has received little to no response. It is extremely frustrating to be charged for items without clear explanations and then be unable to get someone from management to communicate with you about those charges. As a parent, communication, security, and responsible management are extremely important when choosing housing for a college student. Based on our experience, all three were disappointing here. I would strongly encourage parents and students considering this property to ask detailed questions about security, roommate/sublease policies, move-out charges, and how disputes are handled before signing a lease. We would not choose this property again.

  It is a nice place to live. It feels safe. It is a student place so it isn’t super quiet but people follow the quiet hours pretty well. The pool is nice. The rooms are maintained well. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests.

  My experience at Arcadia: Overall, it wasn't bad for student housing. Generally pretty safe, considering the area. I had several friends whose cars were broken into in the main lot in the middle of the campus- one even had to get a different car because his Charger got broken into so much- but I never had a problem where I was on the side towards the elementary school. The occasional random person wandering around the campus. They increased security later on in the year. The property is managed fine. Maintenance complaints are usually handled in a respectable manner. Front office is usually pleasant and tries to help. Amenities are nice. However, the pricing takes advantage of student though. The final electric bill was totally made up and unreasonable based on usage. Also there is a fee from the electric company every time you pay the bill on the portal on top of the electric bill. I paid between $70-90 on top of my rent every month. I was lied to about several things on my tour of the facility. If you come with roommates, make sure you all sign the lease together, or else they will try to stick you with a random person. All they care about is getting more people to sign a lease. Apartment was in good condition, nothing that was wowing, but there was nothing to complain about. About 5-7 minutes from the campus, very convenient. Front gate was open all night oftentimes in the fall, but during the spring semester it was more secure. Overall a fine experience.
