  The place was clean and looks good but the appliance are out dated. The second apartment that i saw was more open and costed more but if the appliances were newer it would be worth it. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

  Kelley in the leasing office was amazing from initial contact to move in, made me feel like more than just a renter!

  Camino todos los dias desde mi apartments hacia el Gym, veo todos los dias al sr. Ramon limpiando las areas, me Allegra ver eso, sempre todas las areas permanence limpias, adoro la limpieza, estoy fascinado de vivir en este Hermosa residential, lo recomiendo.

  I’ve had a generally good experience living at Arbor Village Apartments. The community is quiet and well-maintained, and the landscaping is always kept up nicely. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby shopping and major roads. Maintenance requests are usually handled in a timely manner, and the staff has been helpful and professional whenever I’ve needed assistance. Ramón, and David do an excellent job.Parking is decent, and I’ve felt safe living here.
