  Made with all toxic LPV flooring which is a carcinogen. Cheap carpet which also had VOC fumes! Bad for health.

  Received a tour and loved the property! Brand new and great amenities. So sad I won’t get to live there but the town houses are calling my name. Great thanks to Eli and the staff for their hospitality and making our choice so difficult.

  WOW...WOW....AND WOW.....I can't say enough amazing things about Ashley & Eli. So me and my partner are moving from Asheville, NC to Charlotte and we saw Adler Montford Park on google and decided to visit the community and take a tour. When we came Yoselin toured us around the community and I have to tell you everything is absolutely beautiful. They thought of everything when they built this complex. The dog spa, dog area on the top floor, the GYM ( Cardio equipment in one room and across the hall (Weight room), Rock Climbing wall and so much more. They have a sky lounge which is gorgeous. The apartment itself is beyond beautiful. If you pick the top floor you will have like 12-13 ft ceilings and gorgeous views of the skyline and pool views. The kitchens are huge and living rooms are so spacious. The walk in closets actually have wooden shelves and not that wire garbage you find in other luxury apartments. Oh and the bathrooms have touch screen lights and a defroster for the mirror when you are taking a shower. Bedrooms are very spacious and have ceiling fans in each room. We leased on the spot and was all set for a July 22 move in. On July 20th (2 days from us arriving) I got a phone call from ELI and he informed me that unfortunately the apartment we chose was not able to move into because that apartment wasn't suppose to be rented at that time. We were so upset cause everything was in motion with our movers, our mail was re routed to Charlotte, my job starts on July 27th ...etc. Eli and Ashley understood our concerns and they swiftly made decisions with help from corporate and they got us into another apartment which is absolutely beautiful and we cannot thank them so much for everything they did to help us through this issue. I also want to thank Corporate for everything they did to accommodate us. (Mr. Taft you are absolutely amazing and if you are ever in Charlotte I would like to thank you in person for everything you did for us.) To anyone looking for an apartment with all the amenities then I am telling you this: LOOK NO FURTHER.....this is the place you want to call home!! Ask for ELI or ASHLEY they are absolutely the best and they will take care of you. I can't wait to live here for a very long time cause our experience was knocked out of the park.
