  Destiny has an exceptional customer-focused attitude and provides outstanding service. From the moment she let me to view the apartment to the moment I paid my deposit through paying my first month's rent, she demonstrated a thorough knowledge of Pinegate Circle Apartments and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She truly makes Pinegate Circle Apartments feel like a home away from home. Destiny takes the time to: - Show prospective residents around the property. - Explain all the available facilities and amenities. - Guide residents through the apartment community. - Allocate rooms and ensure everything is in order. - Assist new residents in settling in comfortably. What makes Destiny truly exceptional is her willingness to go above and beyond her normal duties to support residents. On one occasion, I accidentally left my phone in an Uber. Destiny used her own phone to contact the driver and spent the entire weekend helping me track it down. Thanks to her persistence and dedication, I was eventually reunited with my phone. Destiny, you are the best. You have made my transition and settling into Chapel Hill, North Carolina, seamless and enjoyable. Thank you for your kindness, professionalism, and outstanding support.

  I lived at Pinegate for the last 2 years while attending UNC. Pinegate was the best apartment I found for the price and value by far. Staff was friendly and accommodating and the maintenance team was quick to fix any issues that came up. I would 100% suggestion Pinegate to anyone looking for a place around Chapel Hill or Durham especially for a student. Also: For the majority of my time at Pinegate I required a handicap parking place, due to a knee injury, and during my time there I never had any issues with my vehicle being towed nor did I have any issues with parking.

  We lived at Pinegate for about 5 years. They offer discounts for college students. Maria who leads the management team, Jhonny from the maintenance team, as well as their other team members are all nice people and very helpful. Overall, we had a positive experience living here.

  VERY DISAPPOINTED don’t live here if you don’t want your car towed I’ve lived here here for 3 years and had my car towed multiple times WITH NO WARNING when I call the office they don’t seem to care even though I’m 9 months pregnant and they towed in the middle of the night I could get to work or take my other kids to school but they let a car with 2 flat tires and expire tags sit there for 2YEARS and then put a red tag on it and gave warning that it would be towed . They said it’s not their problem and said I’d just have to pay the 230$ to get it out how is that policy fair ?
