- YGYared GetachewJul 8, 20265.0I have lived here for the last 2 years and loved it very much. I especially recommend it to incoming UNC students, as it offers perks and benefits. The staff are amazing, maintenance is always reliable and fast, and the rent is very competitive, 10/10 recommendation.
- SBSamantha BellJul 2, 20261.0I have only toured the model but that was enough for me to say no. Internet not included, but price of a 2x1 is decent. However I was so disgusted to find dead GERMAN (this is key) roaches. German roaches are the type that are as a result of an infestation. This was just in the model. I can only begin to imagine what it’s like in the normal apartments. The extermination is supposed to be on 7/7/2026 (5 days from now) but there are so many of them. Fortunately they are dead but they are clear as day. Roaches is always a hard no. And the 1x1’s are only on the first floor. Amy, the person who gave us a tour, was nice and informative but the complex is simply not worth it.
