  Chania was incredibly helpful during the entire move in process. I had a particularly stressful time during the apartment hunting process and she was very understanding and supportive. In addition, since I moved in, any maintenance concerns have been resolved within 24 hours. Thank you!

  I had an EXCELLENT move-in experience earlier this summer with the help of Chania and Hector!! During my tour and the lease finalization process, Chania was responsive to all my questions and made sure to communicate clearly at all steps. Her positive and helpful attitude has continued since I have lived here, making me feel welcome coming to the leasing office with any questions I may have! The day of my move-in, I was also happy to meet Hector, who has also responded promptly and with a smile to any questions I had about service requests for my new place! I am also a fan of the community and the events that are planned for the residents, including a pool party and first day of school packed breakfast. On top of its unbeatable location right on the bus line to chapel hill and near shopping centers, my experience at Franklin Woods so far has made it incredibly easy to call home.

  Chania was absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Whenever we needed anything or had a question, she was always easy to reach, responsive, and happy to help. She made everything so much smoother and stress-free for us. We truly appreciate all her support and would highly recommend her to anyone.

  I lived at the Franklin Wood apartments for a year, and I can say with confidence that Hector and Rosalinda are incredibly responsive, conscientious, and professional. They are always ready to help, at any time of day or night. A huge thank you to them for making my stay so comfortable.

  I’ve been living here for more than two years and have had a truly great experience, and a big part of that is the amazing staff. Hector on the maintenance team is outstanding. He is reliable, efficient, and consistently does high-quality work. Maintenance requests are handled quickly (usually within a few hours), and issues are always fixed thoroughly the first time. Rosalie in the leasing office is equally impressive, and everyone on the team is consistently friendly and professional. From the very beginning, Rosalie made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free, and she continues to be responsive and helpful with any questions or needs that arise. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a well-managed community with truly excellent staff.
