- JJJackAug 12, 20261.0I have lived here for 18 months. I wish I had read reviews about mismanagement. They are spot on. The current onsite property manager wrote a glowing review. It’s bogus. She never lived here. Emails are not answered. Developments in the community such as car break ins or a fire in the elevator are not shared with residents. Maintenance is directed to use duct tape, paper clips anything to make something work until you move out. No outside vendors are ever used - they cost too much. The location is terrific but the negatives outweigh the positives. With new complexes available, go there.
