- MGMadison GAug 15, 20265.0I've lived here a year so far, and it's wonderful! It's a great price considering how expensive everything around is, and it's a great space/area to live. From move-in last year to everyday questions now, the staff have been easy to contact and very supportive. It's a nice community that's also right on the bus line and not too far from campus, the middle of Chapel Hill, or the highway. Love it here!
- LCLacie ColemanAug 2, 20264.0The location of this apartment is really what makes it a great place to live. The front office and maintence are easy to reach and work with. Always been very kind. Plus the volleyball pit and grills are a nice amenity for spending time with loved ones and friends. The limitations on pool guests makes that one a little less fun. The apartment itself is probably closer to 3 stars as they look nice and the air/amenities function. However, there are quite a bit if roaches and the renovations are done with low quality materials, making it easy to damage the vinyl flooring or painted tiles and the cabinets are juat particle board. The community is relatively safe, though we've had stuff stolen from our porch. Would likely choose somewhere else if it weren't for the location! The location and management are great!

- MGMadison N. GarciaJul 27, 20265.0I can't recommend this community enough! Management (Christine, Kelly, and team) and maintenance are kind, professional, and incredibly responsive. From lease signing to move-in, any questions or (minor) concerns have been addressed promptly. The 2-bed/bath unit is spacious and priced competitively with a sweet outdoor patio space and storage closet. The grounds are peaceful, wooded, and well-maintained (pool, gym, etc.) and beautiful Homestead Park is just across the street. Several months in, it's been the perfect transitional spot for me in this season of life.
