  Wow wow wow! I’ve been to many apartments and have had some good ones, and some really bad ones. I can say hands down this is by far the best. Everyone is nice here, the residents, the office and maintenance staff, and the community of dogs! The location is amazing, is in a very quiet neighborhood, accessible to everything in Chapel Hill, and has a trail going straight to some of the busy zones if you like walking/biking! The townhouse itself has solid walls, (with the only thing I ever hear outside is near the door) and has a ton of space! The issues I’ve encountered here were promptly addressed by the incredible team, and when I had an issue regarding my lease, Lucy promptly responded. 6 stars if I could! Live here!!!!

  I just renewed my lease, Rosalie is one of the big reasons why, she is sincere in what she says and makes me feel welcomed. The location is nice and quiet. Highly Recommended..

The units are decent and generally well-maintained. A standout is the apartment manager, Rosalie is especially exceptional. She is always warm, professional, and quick to respond to concerns. Her attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile make residents feel valued and supported, greatly enhancing the overall living experience. Overall, it’s a great choice for a peaceful, practical place to live with reliable and caring management.

  We have lived here for a few years, and we have always appreciated how responsive the management and maintenance team are. We had a water leak in the kitchen today, and they responded quickly after we submitted the request. Victor has always done a great job in the past, and today Hector was just as excellent. Hector quickly and accurately found that the problem was a leaking water heater. He spent a long time carefully replacing it and cleaning up all the water on the floor. He was professional, helpful, and hardworking. We really appreciate his excellent service.

  Our dishwasher wasn't working properly, but Hector did a great job fixing it!
