  Amazing move in experience! Leading up to the day we moved in, Jack has been extremely communicative with us both through call and email! Even after moving in, when we ran into a problem he was quick to help and easy to talk to when easing my worries! I enjoy being here and hope to stay longer! :)

  I have rented for the last 15 years and i can honestly say this has been one of the best experiences ive ever had as a renter. From the first day i toured my apartment i knew it was different from other comparable residences in the area. I toured 15 places that week and as soon as i came here i stopped my search and applied immediately. Giselle in the front office was gracious enough to give me a tour even though it was closing time. And after being accepted she made everything so smooth and seamless for move in, she really cares and does her job very well unlike other places ive rented from. The apartments and the grounds are kept above normal standards, maintenance staff and office staff are very helpful, location is honestly about the best you can imagine for Cary(minutes from crossroads shopping, US64, I40, inner and outer beltline), in addition to a great pool and amenities. Woodcreek also has an AI assistant called Piper( I usually hate AI and automated lines of communication, i prefer speaking to human beings) but honestly Piper has been great. Its more of a digital assistant than anything, i can message or call piper and explain my issue and it will basically notify the correct staff to reach out to me. It makes things more efficient and keeps the staff from being overwhelmed with service calls or complaints. The few times i have used Piper i was really suprised at how smooth it was to communicate with an automated bot and get real help from staff in a timely manner. I would recommend Woodcreek apartments anyone looking to move locally withing the triangle or into the Cary area for the first time! You wont be disappointed.

  May change this review in the future but it is 1 star for now, if any emergency pertaining to your apartment happens expect zero support. Not a good experience.
