If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I recently moved out after living here for a little over four years, and the decline in quality has been staggering. After my first year, management changed at least three times, and it managed to get worse with every single transition. While maintenance finally showed some improvement, it unfortunately only happened right as my family and I were packing up to leave. The living conditions here were completely unacceptable: HVAC Failures: In the dead of winter, our heat stopped working, and we were expected to heat a two-bedroom apartment with a single, small space heater. In the height of summer, the A/C failed, and we were given a temporary unit that could only cool one room. Pest Infestations: The sheer volume of bugs we experienced during our time here was ridiculous. Worse, we suffered a mouse infestation, and management's "solution" was to place a single mouse trap in the entire apartment. The community upkeep and safety are practically nonexistent: Parking & Abandoned Cars: As other reviewers have noted, people leave abandoned cars parked in the same spots for years without ever being fined. Visitors park wherever they want instead of using designated guest spaces, making it incredibly difficult to park anywhere near your own home. Safety & Vandalism: Neighbors' cars were frequently vandalized. Management’s only response was to slightly increase the lighting on a few far-and-few-between streetlamps. Furthermore, there are no speed bumps, so people speed recklessly through the parking lot. To top it all off, their move-out process is an absolute joke. We have been actively trying to pay our final balance, only to discover that they rebranded without notifying us, and the phone number listed on all of their official documentation no longer works. They completely locked us out of the resident portal, yet explicitly gave us the option to pay our final fees via that very same portal. How are we supposed to pay online if we are locked out? We have tried multiple times to contact management—even tracking down their new number—with absolutely no success. While the location is undeniably great for commuting, getting to Park Place, and reaching the airport, the overall quality of living here is incredibly low. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

Office staff ignored requests and ignores issues that you have they ignore phone calls and emails maintenance takes forever to come complete a Maintenance request I have had to put in 15 Maintenance request regarding issues that were never fixed prior to move-in. I moved in three months ago and there were so many issues related to this apartment that they never fixed before I moved in. And to make it worse prier to move in I was told I couldn’t view my unit by the office staff to find out by Corprate I was suppose to be able to view it cause the office staff claims it was getting cleaned and ready to go but when we moved it in smelt dirty food was still in fridge appliances were dirty washer and dryer didn’t work the carpet was gross we had to deep wash it 5 times to get it clean bugs were coming from carpet and still are and we had multiple noise complaints filed with my upstairs neighbor banging stuff and stomping all hours of the night which they also ignored but claims they take the tenants concern seriously which they also have ignored definitely regret moving here and I felt very forced into signing the lease

Constant water issues, with the management turning off the water at least once a month for the past 1 year and 3 months from anywhere from 3 hours to 9 hours. Staff is nice but unhelpful. There are many other places to live around Cary I suggest you choose one of them.
