  They are really really bad. We had a terrible experience with them and the owner and management have absolutely no accountability. We regret choosing them with managing our property and would not recommend them to anyone looking for professional service.

  NEGATIVE stars. Absolutely stay away from them of you want a professional property management company !!!!!!! We have used using RTP properties inc to manage our property , and so far the level of management provided has been extremely poor and complete lack of accountability. Here are some of our experience with them 1) lack of proper handling of rents and confusion over payments to us leading to delays on several occasions. 2) being told for the repair the warranty would be for 6 months but after the repairs we were being told the warranty is for 30 days 3) During new renter search they had our property sitting idle for a month with no marketing, strategy and proper communication. 4) The phone number provided on the web site no one will lift the call. 5) they lost our mail box keys and asked us to replace it with the following message "We cannot control when a tenant loses keys" , what a joke !! instead of assisting in replacement via fines , they are asking owners to do it . So overall complete lack of transparency and highly unprofessional .

  If I could give a negative star, I would. Almost 3 months and my washing machine is still down. They won't do anything about it and they get their rent. Terrible

  RTP customer service is the worst experience that I have ever had to go through. The properties are nice but dealing with the customer service from RTP is the worst and that address that they have is incorrect. I have never dealt with some unprofessional people in my entire life, I can’t even turn my keys in because they won’t answer the phone.

  Hi, I’m unable to respond to your comment on my review. As you stated there was a reversal of charges on the account and that was approved very promptly in December of 2024, thank you for that! The issue I was referring to, in my last review, was the charges for no insurance and the full balance owed from the reversal charge even though we had paid on it for two months at that point. Not sure why that was your comment, being as though you guys called me 30 minutes after I posted the review, stated that you would fix the issue, then asked me to delete or edit my review.. which I did not, luckily, because 2 weeks later I got a call from you all stating that you thought my lease ended in December of 2024 when it doesn’t end until June 2025. Not sure why you would think my lease ended in December if I had already paid rent for January and February.. but thanks for the response lol. I’ve lived here for over a year and had absolutely no issues until now.
