Yesterday I stopped by the office to inquire about an apartment I seen online. I was greeted by Mia. She answered all of my questions. I plan on making a decision after I look at some more properties but I definitely will consider Preston Ridge as my first choice on my list. Great customer service Mia. Please give her a raise!

I moved in a little over two weeks ago, the community is clean, quite and easily accessible to pretty much anything you need. The staff are wonderful and accommodating. I'd recommend to anyone.

The young lady in the office told us she had a tour coming in about 15 min and we drove 25 minutes to get here she was very rude and didnt smile when she greeted us, just a terrible first impression place closes at 5 she just volunteered the information that their tour would be the last one for the day . 9/19/2026 3:00 pm your just done for the day after your next tour yeah right

I used to live here and the apartments are nice, but the package system is terrible. The package room is always full and you can never find your packages. The lockers are fine when there’s actually room, but they’re often full too. There are also ants all over the property that will get in your cars. Yet there is a pest control fee associated with rent, so I’m unsure why nothing is being done about it.

Multiple issues with a place that is so expensive but I will start with the biggest one: 1. The package room is an abhorrent nightmare. There have been many times I have not been able to find my package and had to request a refund from Amazon or just not get one at all. I’m sure the drivers are partially to blame but I am sure management is mostly. They do not send packages back and make sure the drivers use the lockers. Package are also thrown throughout the mail room and management count not care less. 2. There are ants everywhere outside the property. They get in my truck and nothing is done about them. 3. I had an issue with my oven clicking that I’ve raised and nothing was done about. I’m really just sick of the package issue. I’m going to have to start getting packages delivered to my friends house.
