  I've recently reviewed my lease for a third year, and the biggest reason I've chosen to stay is the remarkable sense of community here. The apartments, amenities and staff are all excellent! However, it's the events organized by Tracy Owens that have brought residents together, helped strangers become friends and makes PR apartments feel like a friendly neighborhood. The bi-monthly gatherings she organizes contribute to fostering a sense of belonging and comradery that feels very special.

  Some people create events. Others create community. Tracy creates family. Over the last two years, Tracy, our Apartment Life Coordinator, has given us something truly priceless: a sense of belonging. When we moved here, we hoped to find a place to live. What we found, because of her, was a community filled with friendship, kindness, and connection. Through her dedication, heart, and genuine care for others, we’ve met incredible people from all over the world—people with different backgrounds, cultures, stories, and experiences who have enriched our lives in ways we never imagined. Tracy has a unique gift for bringing people together and making everyone feel welcome. She doesn’t just organize gatherings; she creates opportunities for relationships to flourish and for neighbors to become friends. The truth is, she is one of the main reasons we’ve happily called this place home for the past two years. Thank you, Tracy, for embracing us, investing in this community, and reminding us that home is about so much more than four walls. It’s about the people who make you feel seen, valued, and connected.   I moved to NC Memorial Day Weekend 2025 for work not know where I was going to land and was pretty stressed about it. I stopped by Preston Ridge and immediately a resident and LJ Mangum invited me to a Memorial Day event being held by resident and Apartment Life Activity Director, Tracey. Never have I ever felt so at home. The event was amazing and Tracey and the other residents were so welcoming and kind! I really needed community and community is what I got! Tracey made sure I met so many people. I was alone and didn't have anyone to help me move in... Not a problem! Tracey helped me find new friends that got me moved in like we were life-long friends. And now, I truly do have life-long friends that I have made just from living here. When it came time to renew- LJ took great care to make sure all of my needs were met. I can't imagine landing anywhere else. Thank you Tracey! Thank you LJ. Kettler and Apartment Life have great assets in the two of you.

  Imagine moving to a new state without family or friends. Starting over in a new community where you don't know a single person can feel overwhelming. I moved into Preston Ridge Apartments less than a month ago, and I already feel like I've found a community I can lean on. From day one, Tracey welcomed me with the warmest smile and immediately made me feel at home. Her thoughtful check-ins and encouragement to attend the incredible resident events have meant more than she probably realizes. The Welcome Summer Party was absolutely flawless—from the attention to detail, delicious food, and great music to the celebration of culture. It was such a beautiful event and a true reflection of the welcoming community they've created here. If you're looking for a place that feels like home, I would recommend Preston Ridge Apartments 10,000 times over!
