  As a new resident of just two months, Preston Ridge has really refreshed my perspective on what an apartment complex should be. They’ve created a true sense of community rather than just a private place to live behind closed doors. Not only are there resident events offered twice a month, but the amenity spaces are also top-notch. The gym has great new equipment, the maintenance staff is constantly ensuring the public spaces are clean and well-kept, and the residents themselves seem to take pride in the community as well. The maintenance team also goes above and beyond with service requests — shoutout to Nick! Coming from another apartment community that felt quiet, isolating, and poorly managed, I’ve been very pleased with my move to Preston Ridge. The only two things missing are a pickleball court and some hammocks!

  Warning do not rent from here. I am thankful I am moving out of here soon. If you have neighbors above you that make more noise than usual, the front office will tell you they will talk to them but nothing changes. You either have to move units or deal with it. They will not move you so your stuck doing it yourself or hiring someone. They tell you there is no guarantee if you move units that it will be quieter. They are more concerned with the bottom line than the residents.

  Preston Ridge is just beautiful, well maintained, great floorplans and the leasing team is top notch. Alex from Leasing has been my contact throughout the process and is super knowledgeable, very service focused and helped me pick my unit. Very happy with the experience.

  Hi, I sent you an email back to your manager on Wednesday April 8th 2026 to ask for assistance getting my apartment key and to ask for information about my storage unit. I just got a reply with the office hours but not to the questions I asked. As I said, I have mobility issues. I don’t know what else to do at this point… I handed my deposit and called a couple of times.I was supposed to move back on Monday April 6,2026. I would need you to follow up with me via email only.
