  Ekansh was great to work with and I would definitely recommend PMI for your next rental. The whole team was kind, very quick to respond, and honest. A smooth rental experience isn't easy to find so working with PMI was a breath of fresh air.

  Update: There was a misunderstanding; this company “inherited” our property to manage starting January 2026. This company was not responsible to compile the 1099, it was the previous sister company. Since my post, Raleighwood has worked to get our documents delivered, knowing it was not their responsibility. I was not asked to, but I am updating my rating to reflect them going above and beyond. I apologize for misunderstanding and appreciate their assistance with our tax documents. Previous post: I have worked with this company managing my property since the end of 2025. They have done an excellent job of maintaining the property, but have not delivered my 1099 forms. My husband had to prompt the company for completion of the form as they did not have it available January, February, and half of March. I have been waiting almost two weeks after notifying the company for this form and am continuing to wait with silence on their end. Our finances are being held up due to our taxes not being filed while waiting on this form.
