My name is Luke Jones and am a real estate investor (3 SFHs, 1 duplex) and residential lender in North Carolina. My first investment was a house-hack of a SFH in 2018 I still own today! My specialties are conventional, FHA, and VA mortgages for investment properties, 2nd homes, or primary residences. I can also do DSCR loans for long term rentals.
