  Mr Jason Fernandez was very helpful over at Abors of Cary in Cary NC. He knows how to handle the tenants in the apartments. I would like for him to be the manager. He also has a good crew working with him. I’ve been here 4 years and no issues. Neighborhood is good. It would be nice to have Mr Fernandez as our manager. I love the way he cares about the tenants .

  By far the worst experience I have stayed I could write a book I’ve put in multiple complaints to management nothing has been done trashy alley ways beer can beer bottles all over the yards and parking lot upstairs neighbors don’t care about the stomping feel like they bout to fall through the ceiling kids knocking on the door and running all day long especially on the weekends no where to park even though we was assigned new stickers so I wish I would have read the reviews before I moved here

  I've been here a few months and no major problems at all. Anything I needed or asked for they worked it out. I appreciate the positive attitudes when I come in . I always feel welcomed. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful for my children . Its a beautiful area and apartments but the must important thing is the people in the office they are all great people!

  Use to stay here moved a year ago floor had flooded when the hurricane came through took a whole month to get a simple piece for our outlet not a bad bug problem would definitely would move back jus not on the first floor
