The landscape was what caught our attention. We toured the apartment complex with Malana (a total sweetheart) and was amazed! The apartments were affordable and clean. And the location appeared safe. The bonus is there’s a bus route to the school and the drive is 15 minutes away. If you’re looking for a one bedroom apartment make sure you stop at Ridgewood. It feels like HOME!

- NSNicholas SunstromDec 6, 20215.0I lived at Ridgewood Apartments for 3 years from 2018 to 2021. Not once in my entire time there did I have a problem that was not solved quickly and courteously. Everyone who worked there was extremely quick and able to fix any issue I had. I had zero issues with maintenance, noise, or pests during my entire stay. This apartment complex is within walking distance of downtown Chapel Hill, several bus lines, and multiple businesses nearby as well. Rent is very reasonable for what is offered. I would highly recommend Ridgewood Apartments for anyone looking for a 1 bedroom apartment in the area.
