David Godfrey was our agent for both selling our house, while in the process of buying another. He was an absolute godsend. The home we were selling was a unique property, qualifying as both residential and/or commercial. There were issues involved way beyond our understanding of selling real estate. Thankfully, David knows his business very well and handled everything, and I mean everything… from the listing to closing, and everything in between for the sale of one, and the purchase of our new house. He was there for us, meeting all our needs and answering every question, as well as offering assurances when we needed them. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable in his field, which we grew to appreciate and depend on, he has an incredible sense of integrity, and continually went above and beyond to help us navigate any issues that arose. I’ve dealt with several realtors in my time, but never one like David Godfrey. Not only was he an absolute pleasure to work with, but his work ethic was superior. I highly recommend you have a conversation with him when searching for a realtor. I can almost guarantee, you’ll choose him, and I know he will represent you well.

I first worked with David Godfrey Realty 15 years ago when buying my first home on my own. It was an exciting but intimidating step, and he had a wonderful way of asking the right questions to help me understand what I truly needed while still honoring my hopes and goals. He was knowledgeable, realistic, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me make the right decision. Now, years later, my husband and I are working with him to find our next home, and he continues to be incredibly dependable, responsive, knowledgeable, and patient. He listens closely, understands what we’re looking for, and offers thoughtful guidance. He is also an excellent communicator and treats everyone involved with genuine kindness and professionalism. I trust him implicitly and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

After my mother passed away, I was looking for a Realtor to help with the sale of her house. A friend highly recommended Godfrey Realty because David had recently helped her purchase her first place. I reached out to David and he responded quickly, coming out to the house to do a walk through the same day. We went through every room with David making great suggestions on how to showcase all the best characteristics of a well-loved, 30-plus-year-old home. In less than 24 hours of listing the house we had multiple offers to consider! Dealing with Godfrey Realty was such a positive experience. I will most certainly be calling them again for my future real estate needs.
