  My experience has been great! Nice place to live and my neighbors are very friendly and nice. This picture was taken at the pool. That’s 2 of my great grandchildren and we had a blast in the pool! The maintenance guys are great.

  The management team runs a security deposit scam. Beware! Left apartment in great condition minus a whole in living room wall which held our TV. I accept a 50 dollar charge for this, no problem. What really grinds my gears is the 850 dollar charge for carpet! Carpet looks great but one small problem, whoever laid carpet did a less than satisfactory job. We moved in June of 2018 and by September the carpet had begun pulling away from strip the separates it from wood floor. It got worse each time we vacuumed so we finally called maintenance about it and he said there wasn’t anything he could do except replace the carpet so we left it at that. A few months later when we move Jay Alt wants to charge us for the shoddy workmanship of whatever carpet company NCR uses. I was expecting most of my deposit back ( we always got our deposit back in the past) and was outraged that NCR would try to scam me. Luckily I have pics and documentation. Judge Judy here we come! Lol Update: I should have waited for Jay to call me before posting review:) He called me after I left message but I had posted review before he could explain the carpet debacle. He did not see the work order for our apartment and assumed that our cats had caused damage and I could certainly understand that assumption. He was very apologetic and promised to make things right. Before this mishap I was more than pleased to give a stellar review to West Pointe Apartments and it’s management team (Jay and Josh) in Burlington. The place was always clean the pool amazing, and management top notch. Now that this misunderstanding is all cleared up in such a timely and professional manner I have no qualms about giving NCR two big thumbs up. I would still be there but we now have a lovely place to call our own.
