  Mr. Cody was a very sweet young man. He explained the application process to me very clearly. All questions concerning the application were answered in full detail. Please give Mr. Cody a pay increase and more than $3.99. I really look forward to working with oakwood mobiles Homes and Mr. Cody very soon. Pssssss...and I will be asking Mr. Cody about his pay increase:)

  Me and my mother went to oakwood homes in Burlington and Charles was the man!! He helped us in so many ways and was very professional and respectful!!! He deserves a raise

  Todd Mercer and also a sweet lady (I completely missed her name!) were FANTASTIC working with on the phone. The lady was so helpful and kind while I was discussing my client’s options with her, and then Todd was able to track down a nearly 7 year old floor plan portfolio so that I could market the sale properly! They are great, and I’m so thankful for them! Sincerely, a Realtor who also goes above and beyond!
