We moved from Indiana a year ago and were not able to see the apartments or meet anyone in the leasing office... & lets just say you get what you pay for. we had a terrible experience and counted down the days until we moved. when we started looking for apartments again, we toured soooo many places and were a lot more picky this time around. we found knollwood and INSTANTLY fell in love! not only are the apartments so* nice, but everyone in the leasing office is so nice! They genuinely make you feel like this is your HOME and they want to do whatever they can to make sure you feel welcomed. We have had a few issues with our apartment (things that no one can control) and the office was so quick to make sure things got fixed and to make sure things were right.. which we GREATLY appreciate. If you’re looking for townhome style apartments, these are definitely it!!! Great homes and wonderful leasing staff.
