The staff is friendly and accessible, the grounds are clean and quiet, and the resident portal is easy to use. Lisa and Lockett were great, and they treated the community to a Chikfila breakfast this morning. Highly recommended community, this place feels like a secret gem in Alamance county.

I am excited to be apart of a community that cares! Lisa, Locket and Dustin all are a great asset to this community! They truly care! Anytime I have an issue with anything in my home they are on top of it! Dustin the maintenance guy is very knowledgeable about any issue/problem you may have in your apartment. Lisa and Locket are always very welcoming and always have little events Planned for the residents which I absolutely Love! I give Knollwood townhomes 5/5

It’s quiet, peaceful I don’t have to worry about someone trying to break into my car or apartment, anything that I needed fixed or looked at is handled fast. Also their maintenance man is very nice and knowledgeable, he doesn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all. The washer and dryer included in the unit is a major plus as well!

Lisa and her team are always on top of any problems that may arise and take care of complaints and suggestions speedily. Dustyn, the maintenance supervisor, responds quickly and communicates kindly with residents; providing information and tips for addressing any issues he works on. Highly recommend this place for folks looking for a safe, clean, and quiet place to live.
