From the initial architectural planning to the final walkthrough, the entire team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and transparency. Mel, was amazing to work with! Mel was extremely patient, answered questions and has a quick response with communication!

  Blake and the team at burlington have done a great job for my mom's home and now we are looking to do our own home from them because of the service and support we have seen and they treat you like family.

  Initially, my experience was good. I had some good encounters and some not so good. Recently, I had an issue with one of four double wide mobile homes I purchased simultaneously four months beyond one year ago. The issue was a manufacturing water leak that was due to the seal not being properly installed in the fitting behind the wall, causing a leak every time the water was turned on. With the slow leak it took a while for the water to be detected. Clayton was contacted and sent pictures. They have yet to taken responsibility for the repair the damaged wall.
