  We recently completed our custom home construction with Clayton homes and could not be happier with the results. From the initial architectural planning to the final walkthrough, the entire team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and transparency. Mel, was amazing to work with! Mel was extremely patient, answered questions and has a quick response with communication!

  Blake and the team at burlington have done a great job for my mom's home and now we are looking to do our own home from them because of the service and support we have seen and they treat you like family.

  Initially, my experience was good. I had some good encounters and some not so good. Recently, I had an issue with one of four double wide mobile homes I purchased simultaneously four months beyond one year ago. The issue was a manufacturing water leak that was due to the seal not being properly installed in the fitting behind the wall, causing a leak every time the water was turned on. With the slow leak it took a while for the water to be detected. Clayton was contacted and sent pictures. They have yet to taken responsibility for the repair the damaged wall.

  Kera was very helpful in helping my husband and I find our home to raise our family. She helped us step by step and answered all our questions and concerns about the process. She is a fantastic manager who I highly recommend. She and everyone else at Clayton Homes were very helpful, professional and treated us like family. Clayton Homes treated us with so much respect and kindness and professionalism.
