  The air conditioning unit is not working. It’s 86 degrees outside, but the current temperature in the unit is 84 degrees. I called emergency maintenance to find out what the emergency option is, but it seems that the emergency option has been removed. I can only leave a message and wait for someone to get back to me. I’m paying $1,700 in rent and have a two-year-old child. I would expect the office to understand this since of regency. but I’ll just have to wait until someone gets back to me or the office opens.

  Truly 10/10 recommend. I was just a walk in tour and Terrence greeted me with a great bubbly personality, his knowledge about the property made everything so much easier on making my decision to move here. The amenities and the office was clean and presented really well….depending on my job I will definitely be moving here. Thanks again Terrence!

  I moved in almost 2 weeks ago so, take that into consideration. Rental process: The rental process is pretty straightforward, they clearly state everything in your contract so you know what you’re renting. Something Odd- not good nor bad: First payment can only be done by physical check so if you’re out of state, plan ahead. Following payments are online. Internet: We read many reviews about how bad it is, but I haven’t had any issues. My tests consistently get 100-150 MB download speeds, which is more than enough for any streaming, working or some gaming too. (At least for me) Admin and staff: Very easy to get a hold off and easy to work with. Shout out to Carmen who has been wonderful. We had minor issues that they were prompt to fix (same day or next day) so overall very happy. I am also mindful of their time so, it’s a win win when you are not an entitled resident that expects to be first always all the time. Don’t be like that. Lastly, the units are well kept and clean, same as corridors, parking, etc. Trash service: Again, read some reviews about it being bad or not taking the trash. Have not had this issue. Again, if you’re considerate with the person taking your trash, and stick to the rules you should be ok. The rules are you leave the trash bin they provided (average tall kitchen trash) and some recycling boxes cardboard and nothing more. You overdo it, they can’t take it. So don’t complain if it’s your own doing. Pool, amenities, utilities : Conveniently able to pay everything together - trash, internet, other amenities. Well kept, clean. So far, no major issues, happy to stay here.

  The only reason I gave this place one stars is because of the location. It's extremely close and convenient to stores and restaurants, and it was close to the school I attended. However, the apartment itself is another story and I'm so glad I'm moving out in June, this was a probably my worst experience in an apartment. First off, I regret choosing to live on the first floor. I'm not sure whether its because the apartment is cheaply made and or the tenants upstairs were just inconsiderate. They would drag and stomp almost every day even into the night, slamming of cabinets, and also had a incident where bleach water was poured on our balcony from upstairs while they were cleaning, just extremely inconsiderate that we were living below them. On top of that when I made complaints about this, nothing was really done except calling those tenants, but the same stuff kept happening for a full year. On top of that, they started overcharging me on my rent, and when I asked them about it, they gave some excuse as to there may be an issue with the water meter. If you want an apartment complex that addresses your complaints and is honest about bill discrepancies, I would NOT recommend this apartment. I'm so glad to be headed out of here🙏🏾
