  I actually like living here but valet trash is a SCAM! They charge us a MANDATORY $35 a month and they aren't even reliable. Back to back days they just haven't shown up, and now my apartment smells nasty because you get fined if you leave your can outside for too long. We weren't even warned about this. STOP MAKING US DO VALET TRASH. I WOULD RATHER TAKE IT OUT MYSELF AND NOT PAY ALL THAT MONEY FOR CRAPPY SERVICE. Totally ridiculous.

  Overall, mediocre year of living here. The apartment itself was nice and was fairly quiet, though I could hear people upstairs at times but that’s expected living in an apartment. I never felt unsafe or worried walking around and people were fairly friendly. Maintenance guys were great and very helpful but only work M-F until 5pm so can be difficult to get help on weekends if you need to be home but work/go to school full time. Leasing office staff were friendly but gave mixed answers at times. Biggest overall issue was the amount of dog poop all over the complex…so so much dog poop. It’s ridiculous. I had a dog with me and i always had bags. And there are a few dog poop stations throughout so easy to throw away and get bags if you dont have one. Dog park is nice, but the map says there is a dog park on either wide of the complex (still does) but that’s very wrong which is frustrating since I chose one in the opposite side of where the actual dog park is, thinking i’d be right near the other dog park. But the biggest and most aggravating issue for me personally was the amount of times the lock on my door died (key fob entry, no passcode option). The battery wouldn’t work when I first moved in, so I had to get a regular key lock but then it was fixed. But after about 4-5 months, it started dying again. I told them it needed to be fixed but that I had to be home due to my dog. If finally got handled towards the end of it dying. Then about a month or so later, it happened again and it didn’t get handled until it actually died and I had to call emergency maintenance at 11:30pm after getting home from work. But emergency maintenance did come about an hour later. I was then gone for 2 months due to an out of state placement for school and when I came back to work on moving out, it was dead again. I understand it dying after no use for 2 months, but i don’t understand why it died 3 times with “brand new batteries” before that. And I also did not receive an email or a letter (that I ever saw anyways) reminding me that my lease was coming to an end and asking if I was going to renew my lease like I have in other apartments. I likely wouldnt have renewed because of all of my issues overall.

  My family have been living here since October and we love it. They really care for their tenants. Even though we have had construction it hasn’t been disruptive. My granddaughter loves the playground and we have great places to walk, the gym is awesome, the clubhouse is wonderful and we have events for the tenants on a regular basis. I love my apartment and maintenance has been wonderful.
