  Worst complex. No receipt given if you get a boot on your car. Shady. People move the roof furniture around at 11pm so you can’t sleep. No one actually manages this office either. Good luck getting help with anything.

  Great place but students have to keep hallways clean they litter everywhere and Noone cleaned it also door broken I noticed February 14th

  My daughter lives in this apartment complex, I would absolutely NOT recommend. After working a 12 hour shift at the hospital she got home and woke up early for work went to leave and her car would not move. She got out to find a boot on her car, there was no written notice to notify her that she had a boot on her tire. My husband and I have been communicating with the office who basically say they can’t do anything, how about you don’t contract with predatory parking management? There are multiple complaints on line about their practices. As well as an F rating with the BBB. When we paid 180 to have the boot removed it had slipped and gotten jammed because she didn’t know it was on there( because no written notice was placed on her car) they tried to charge us another $350 to get it off! My husband was able to do it himself as the guy watched him. This situation was absolutely ridiculous. We live in this area and I can see that these students who live here and may not have parents as close are being preyed upon and taken advantage of with this PREDATORY parking company! Shame on you peaked of Boone for contracting with them

  Overpriced small rooms, awful parking situation in which they try to tack on extra costs after you’re already locked into the lease, and completely useless management that is complicit in this absolute scam of a complex. Rent elsewhere.
