  I had to leave a review for Heather Reese at Ryan Homes. I have been to several builders in the surrounding area and she is fantastic! She’s professional yet so personable! She truly listened to everything I wanted and needed in a home. She answered all my questions with patience and never made feel rushed. It was a very hot day, and she showed me several homes not once but twice and never made feel like I was wasting her time. What impressed me most was her incredible knowledge of the homes she sells. She knows every detail of the homes inside and out. On top of that, she can crunch numbers just like a loan officer, making the financial side of things incredibly clear and easy to understand. If you are looking to buy a new home, I highly recommend going to see Heather Reese. She is an absolute asset to the builder Ryan Homes and will take wonderful care of you! She’s a gem!   We were looking at houses at Middle Creek Village and to our fortune we met Heather Reese. She not only welcomed us warmly but treated us with kindness and respect from the beginning of our journey. Heather not only became our contact with Ryan Homes but became a friend. Anytime we had a question she was always prompt with her reply and went above and beyond and always exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately we were unable to stay under contract due to unforeseen circumstances but after Heather made recommendations to correct the situation we are once again looking at purchasing a new home and will only talk to Heather. She has earned our business many ways. She is a very knowledgeable and exceptional person who is truly an asset to the company. Respectfully John Stafford

  I wasn’t sure if I wanted to buy from this builder because of the prices, I thought they were cheaply made, but the sales person Heather Reese, was very knowledgeable about the product, answered all my questions, I felt confident and not only did she help me buy 1 house Heather, helped me buy a 2nd home when she told me I was able to rent them as well. Highly recommend Heather to help prepare you with your investment.

  My partner and I reached out back in January to Middle Creek Village, fortunately for us Heather Reese our sales representative was there the minute we stepped into the office. Answering questions and reassuring us in the process. Unfortunately We were unable to do something at the time but fast forward a couple months.We reached back out to Heather and she maintained such professionalism, picking back up where we left off. It is so refreshing to see someone who truly care for those she is helping along the way, such a lovely individual. Huge shout out to Heather and the team for helping us start our homeownership journey! Excited to be part of this community!
