  Westport has had gone so far downhill in the past year. This used to be a beautiful place to live now it’s a dump. Trash is always overflowing at the trash compactors. Pool is filthy. Grills don’t work, hallways smell like wet dog, rugs have stains . And let’s not get me started on the pool parties after 10:00 keeping the residents up. Residents can’t move out of here fast enough.

  Moved in last week. Kacy single handedly made the process as good as it could be. She is delightful, knowledgeable and so helpful. A true gem. Love everything about her the property as well.

  Let me start by saying Kacy was amazing. She made my move smooth and easy. From start to finish she was there every step of the way. Westport Lofts is a top notch community. Westport is very lucky to have Kacy as an employee.

  I just moved in as a new resident and Kacy Floyd has been very helpful throughout the whole process. She has also been very good at exchanging information and going above and beyond with helping me get settled and set up my Roku! Definitely recommend living here as the community is beautiful and I love it already!

  At first, I loved living at Westport Lofts. Towards the end of my lease, I started to despise it and I dreaded having to deal with management because I knew nothing would get resolved. The staff that I initially dealt with were very helpful and responsive. However, all the current staff is new and nothing gets resolved. My issue was not taken seriously and it felt like a slap in the face. They clearly only care about money, because after my lease ended I was treated very differently. I would not sign a lease here if you are looking for people to care about your issues and take them seriously.
