  As a former resident, my vehicle was broken into twice in the parking lot and the complex had zero security cameras to aid the investigations. They have high management turnover despite being purchased by another property management company. They have few, small amenities and no pool and lots of small fees embedded in the contracts. Other apartment complexes in the Belmont area have better pricing for the same space, better amenities, and better overall quality.

  We stopped by without a tour and were warmly welcomed to tour. Elfrida was so helpful and answered all our questions. She was knowledgeable about the community and area. We sincerely appreciated her friendliness.

  Beautiful apartments with a welcoming atmosphere. I had a great experience touring with Elfrida—she was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind throughout the entire visit. She answered all of my questions. Highly recommend asking for Elfrida!

  Had a smooth move-in and a great first impression. Amani and Elfrida in the front office were friendly and helpful, and even hosted a fun resident event that same afternoon, which made for a warm welcome. When I had a maintenance issue my first week, Vaughn resolved it within hours of submitting the request. Very happy with my decision so far.

  Although I don't live here, I visit often.I would not recommend it. The apartments are beautiful inside.Although the prices don't reflect things , you would think would come with an apartment 2bd almost 2k..no balcony, no pool, not even enough parking for the people that live there. I've also heard the entire crew at the office including maintenance.All walked out this year , leaving them with Noone for weeks!! My sister's rent is around 1700,BUT , they make you pay for internet(70) , charge for trash dumpster(7$) , also,Charge for trash valet(27$) after all , the charges , admin fees,etc... it's 2k!!!!!!! There is no choice in the matter of all the add Ons either. You Must keep their internet, and pay for trash valet , and for the dumpster. I've also heard there's no maintenance.They have to call third parties frequently. Favoritism is there, some people get discounts, most do not... And most importantly, changing employees 3 times in a year and that is the entire office cannot mean this place.A place I would want to rent from. Third floor is not even rented and, it would be impossible because there's not enough parking for the ones that live there. Ridiculous
