  The gutter on the back of my house Is separating from the house the mount is loose or something I still need to submit my warranty claim as I’m catching things as time goes on. I’ve been in the house less than a year……Also along with the interior wall in my house is shaped like a wave near the doorbell box pretty wild it’s like they tried to bend the drywall…..Not to mention they decided to lay brand new Bermuda so over top of a pile of rocks on the side of my driveway. Everywhere else in my yard is growing and lush except that spot and I’m told oh we don’t warranty sod. Well it would never root or grow due to the massive amount of rocks the and it’s completely dead…….I can clearly tell it’s gravel rock and not natural very disappointing.

  Medium (3–4 sentences) After deciding to downsize and accommodate my mother-in-law, our Realtor Ron introduced us to Katrena Moore and Williams Run. Although we were wary of an HOA, Katrena clearly explained the rules and the community isn’t restrictive — homes are well spaced and feel private. It’s peaceful, surrounded by local farms in the Bailey, NC area, and the whole process was smooth. We highly recommend Williams Run and Ryan Homes.
