  It has been a total disappointment from the moment the turf was installed; the ground is unstable and lifts up on its own. Also, my washing machine isn't working properly even though it's new—after all, if everything is brand new, there shouldn't be any issues.

  We have an update on our fence. Ryan Home came through and fixed our fence for us. Thank you Ryan Homes! We have been in our house since May. We put in a fence in June. During the last week we noticed one of the panels bowed in. We went on the other side and noticed 3 panels were damaged. We believe it was one of their vendors that were doing work next door. We brought it up to Ryan Homes and they are not going to fix it. We wouldn’t be as upset but the fence is only a couple of months old. We have been happy so far with Ryan’s Homes from signing the contract till now.

  Real estate agent said we weren't able to make any modifications and then several months later, newer houses are able to make modifications? Make it make sense

  Flooring is uprooting and grass does not evenly get spread so large amounts of grass will be dead while others look lush, was able to get the flooring "repaired" but it did not fix the issue as the floor continued to uproot

  I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with our experience with Ryan Homes. From the issues we have dealt with since moving into this house to now having our air-conditioning completely go out, homeownership with Ryan Homes has felt like one problem after another. We currently have SIX people living in this approximately 2,000-square-foot home, including an infant, with NO working central air-conditioning during the summer. Ryan Homes’ solution? Provide ONE window AC unit for the entire house while we wait for the issue to be resolved. One window unit. For six people. In a 2,000-square-foot home. With a baby. This is not a minor inconvenience. We purchased a new-construction home expecting quality workmanship and a company that would stand behind the home when serious issues arose. Instead, it has been nothing but frustration, repeated problems, and temporary solutions that do not come close to addressing the impact on our family. We should not have to fight this hard to have basic systems in a newer home function properly. We should not have to repeatedly rearrange our lives, miss work, make phone calls, send emails, and chase people down just to get problems addressed. I am sharing our experience because potential buyers deserve to know what can happen after closing. Buying a home is one of the largest investments a family will ever make, and our experience with Ryan Homes has been incredibly disappointing. At this point, we are documenting every issue, every communication, every service request, and every attempted repair. We expect the air-conditioning issue to be resolved promptly and appropriately—not patched with an inadequate temporary solution while our family is left living in an unsafe and unreasonable indoor environment. Do better, Ryan Homes.
