  they use leaf blowers to start landscaping at 6:30 AM, no exaggeration *Edit after response: It wasn’t landscaping staff, it was maintenance. using a leaf blower directly outside my window to blow mulch around. not from a neighboring community, there aren’t even really neighboring communities around that you would hear that from, but anyway..

  Rae (Rachael M) has been so helpful in our process to apply for our 2 bedroom. She sent links for everything we needed and video tours of each floor plan and amenities since we can’t be there to tour!! I had some reservations after reading some of the bad reviews but she was so approachable, most are before she took over as property manager and she assured me and walked me through the rest. It was reassuring and we’ve applied, without hesitancy, and are excited to move to Asheville! 5/5 EDIT** 3/5 2+ weeks in. Moriah and Aaron are the apartment living coordinators and throw evens which so far have been great. 5 stars for both of them. They are SO lovely and always willing to lend a helping hand to those that need it. We did talk to them about getting some concerns addressed. * No water source at the dog park. I sent a email a week ago and no response from property manager. Rather small if you have a large dog that needs some space. * advertised a heated pool but it’s definitely not and have heard from multiple residents we met recently that it rarely works. It’s also not cleaned often, we walk by daily. * some small amenities that are paid for but not working such as a peloton bike in the gym, the dog “spa” has so much hair, is clearly not maintained and is now clogged, we played scrabble in the clubhouse by the pool, most of the pieces are broken. We left a note asking politely for them to be fixed to find the note erased and the broken pieces back in the bag.. waiting to hear back but will be updating again.
