The maintenance team is super responsive and top notch (huge shout out to Paris and Carolyn - they're quite literally the best) AND this location can't be beat, it has incredible mountain views and you can walk right to downtown Asheville! I can't recommend this place enough, thank you Hunt Hill!!!!

- BSBrad SchreiberNov 13, 20245.0Moved in two days before hurricane Helena hit Asheville. The entire complex was rock solid with a real sense of security. Management kept the community well informed and provided essentials as soon as they could be delivered. There was a real sense of community as residents pulled together. Since then I’ve made some new friends and enjoy the tranquil and quiet mood of the neighborhood. Being able to walk into town in 20 minutes is a bonus while having parks and wooded walking trails in my backyard. The staff is responsive and taking a personal interest to needs. I would recommend a look at The Retreat at Hunt Hill if you’re seeking a new place. I’m extremely glad I did. Brad
