As a renter, I would like to leave a review . I see a lot of reviews on here from owners, but not from renters. I would like to say from my perspective that I think Katherine was wonderful. They did come in and do checks on the house a couple times a year with prior notification. I know this can be inconvenient as a renter, but I had no issue with it Because they were making sure everything was functioning like no leaks in the sink, The smoke detectors were working etc. Katherine is very responsive to messages and communication when you need her. I would definitely recommend PMI mountain in Main if you were looking for a place to rent Or if you own a home that you need to rent out.

Katherine and her team went above and beyond to find us a renter for our home. Her communication with us from the beginning was outstanding, and we are so appreciative of her persistence, positive nature, and professionalism.

Katherine Van Brocklin has been the property manager for our home in Arden NC for several years. Katherine has always been available and very responsive to any issues we may have. Katherine has also done a great job recommending vendors to support us as needed. She has also been excellent at recommending any changes to our home to help protect the home from unforeseen events. Overall she has been great to work with.
