  Can't say enough good things about PMI Mountain and Main. Katherine actually listens, she makes onboarding easy, and ongoing communication is quick. The team handles everything on rentals, including maintenance. If you're looking for property management in Asheville, just go with these folks.

  PMI Mountain & Main is an incredible resource for anyone with property in WNC... especially if you don’t live here full-time. They offer scheduled property checks to keep an eye on your home, watching for things like water leaks, humidity, or mold before they become serious problems. They’re also a huge help for people who have unexpectedly become landlords. Mountain & Main handles everything: screening applicants, managing tenants, collecting rent, and coordinating maintenance. They make it easy to be a landlord without the stress. Professional, responsive, and genuinely caring... this is the go-to team for property management!

  UPDATE: The owner did reach out to us but how we were treated prior we decided not to pursue any of their properties. She was lovely and kind and apologetic to us. But it did leave a sour taste in our mouth and decided to look elsewhere. We reached out to PMI Mountain & Main in August about moving into one of their properties and were initially told our desired move-in date was too late (which we completely understood). Recently, we noticed the property was still listed and were advised to contact them on a Friday to see if it was still available. When we did, we were told it was “still available but has a LOT of interest” and that an application could come in at any moment. We asked about a virtual tour, which they had previously indicated could be accommodated, only to be told that it was not possible because all tours are self-guided due to staffing constraints. They also mentioned someone would have to be sent to the property for a virtual tour, which they could not schedule. We are relocating from Massachusetts to Asheville to care for an elderly parent and have been trying to find a home that fits our needs. This experience felt unnecessarily frustrating and dismissive, as it seemed like they were unwilling to accommodate anyone who isn’t a local... even though I lived in Asheville for 25 years. Overall, we found the process discouraging and unaccommodating, especially for someone trying to make a difficult relocation.
