  Katherine Van Brocklin has been the property manager for our home in Arden NC for several years. Katherine has always been available and very responsive to any issues we may have. Katherine has also done a great job recommending vendors to support us as needed. She has also been excellent at recommending any changes to our home to help protect the home from unforeseen events. Overall she has been great to work with.

  Can't say enough good things about PMI Mountain and Main. Katherine actually listens, she makes onboarding easy, and ongoing communication is quick. The team handles everything on rentals, including maintenance. If you're looking for property management in Asheville, just go with these folks.
