We recently bought a home from Homes by Clayton and worked specifically with Michael Srijayanta and our realtor of course. We met Michael at his office to give him a due diligence check he was not there and I called and he turned around from wherever he was going and came back to meet my wife and I. He was very personable and professional. We made several requests since we had no experience with manufactured homes and Michael was not only patient but very accommodating. There were a few issues as the home had sat for a time without an occupant and he made sure everything was taken care of. He also met us at the home for the final walkthrough and repeatedly told us to call if we had any issues or questions. He was very easy to go business with and my wife and I are very satisfied and happy with our purchase as this will be our primary home. He also informed us of a good deal for an extended home warranty which we decided to purchase and we again met him at his office and had an engaging conversation. Thank you Michael!

Michael was fantastic to work with! He was always accessible - responding to calls, texts, and emails which made the entire process feel smooth and well supported. I would confidently recommend him to anyone looking for a beautiful home in a great community.

I've worked with Michael Srijayanta a couple of times and in both transactions, he went above and beyond to get things done while remaining kind and personable. Michael is incredibly collaborative, knowledgeable, and vigilant. If you get an opportunity to work with Michael, embrace it!

I had the pleasure of working a deal with Michael last winter. Needed a safe, clean home with some elbow room for my buyer. His listing was exactly what we were looking for. It was priced well and Michael was quick to respond to questions we had as we navigated the purchase. I appreciated his integrity and transparency during inspections. We closed without any hiccups and now, a year later, my client is still happy as a clam in her home which makes me happy as well.
