  We recently bought a home from Homes by Clayton and worked specifically with Michael Srijayanta and our realtor of course. We met Michael at his office to give him a due diligence check he was not there and I called and he turned around from wherever he was going and came back to meet my wife and I. He was very personable and professional. We made several requests since we had no experience with manufactured homes and Michael was not only patient but very accommodating. There were a few issues as the home had sat for a time without an occupant and he made sure everything was taken care of. He also met us at the home for the final walkthrough and repeatedly told us to call if we had any issues or questions. He was very easy to go business with and my wife and I are very satisfied and happy with our purchase as this will be our primary home. He also informed us of a good deal for an extended home warranty which we decided to purchase and we again met him at his office and had an engaging conversation. Thank you Michael!

  Michael Srijayanta was great to work with in the home buying property. After purchasing my home in Asheville, Michael was responsive and quick to help me with any questions or small issues I may have had in the first year of living there. He made things easy for me through the whole process and I would recommend working with him!
