  I'm unsure if we're just okay with our neighbors being loud and stomping late at night to the point where I can feel the vibrations on my walls? And then for you to I guess come home? And they bump music at 3:40ish in the morning. I'm too old to be kept up by this. I sent a complaint through online next step is calling the police every night that it happens

  I just moved out of this place, thank god. I didn’t have a working AC for 2+ months. After 3-4 weeks, I was finally provided with a small unit that could only cool the main room. I also went almost 3 weeks with no power to the master bed and bath. You pay monthly community and amenities fees, but there were never any dog waste clean up bags in the dispensers, the gym was without AC for an extended time, gym equipment would be down for months, one of the EV charger stations has been down for at least 9 months, the trash and recycling areas are always overflowing, and trash was left out around the property all the time. I was unable to collect my mail for 3 weeks due to a broken mailbox that no one cared to fix. And now that I’ve moved out, I’m being charged a ridiculous amount of money for “repairs”, which could realistically be fixed for a fraction of the price. The management changed multiple times in 1 year, as did the name of the complex. I was always hopeful things would improve, but no such luck. Get your act together! Do not move here if you have any expectations of provided services actually being available or if you want your maintenance issues fixed in reasonable amount of time.

  Worst place to rent an apartment. The prices for the apartments aren’t as stated. You will have +$500 added to your rent every month for “ amenities and services” but they don’t not take care of their property nor come at a timely manner to fix things. They will also tow your vehicle even if it’s registered in their system to your apartment and still expect you to pay the fee for them taking it. Beware of having guests, they do not like that either as their vehicle will be towed too. Let’s just say this place has been the worst headache I’ve had to deal with. The ONLY good manager left the property so I would suggest living somewhere else that ISNT their company, which is most of Asheville. Just an fyi their properties are the ones with the shootings and murders. They had to change the name of this place due to that bad history and EVERYONE not wanting to rent here due to the threats that’s take place here.

  Horrible place to rent i was approved and they never wanted to show me the apartment until the day of the move in? and kept changing the date so unprofessional and when they said i could keep the deposit back the next few days , and it’s been months and they’re saying it’s a 60 hour period to get it back but i went the second day asking for it and they still said i didn’t ? they’re a bunch of scammers and the apartments r gross and horrible workers
