  Worst apartments , they will charged you fees for everything, and you will never pay what your rent should be , and they will never fix anything from your apartment 🙄

  Posting for my gf as she doesn't want to rock the boat. Man oh man I've heard horror stories from friends living in apartment complexes. This place went down hill fast. Not to mention it's changed owners 3 times, and every time the new company added policies to clean the place up that they never followed through on. It seems like they do 0 vetting on who they let in. There are common areas where you find condoms, blunt wraps, cases of empty beer cans and booze bottles. They people seem to have 0 awareness on the volume of their music or how they handle those around them. She had to go to management about her unemployed upstairs neighbors who seemed to go bowling every night at 11 and management shrugged and basically told her there's nothing she could do. I watched someone throw trash out their door instead of leaving it for trash pick up. Which side note is a selling point and very inconsistent. My gf contacted maintenance a few times for various issues and they never showed up, they never called, they never even acknowledged the order, so the wind up is we had it fixed by other means. Even upon moving in the apartment was dirty with sheetrock dust everywhere and dirty foot prints in the thinnest linoleum I've ever seen. Long shoals also has a lot of traffic at the standard times of the day so if you're looking to get home at 3-6 you're in for a bad time.

  I am extremely disappointed with the management of this apartment complex. I submitted a maintenance request for my stove over two months ago, and the issue still has not been fixed. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have received little to no communication regarding when the repair will be completed. lack of urgency and poor customer service have made this a very frustrating experience.

  This apartment complex has been the worst I have ever encountered. They moved my move-in date assuring me that everything would be fixed and move-in ready. It surely was not. I have been advocating for myself and just being pushed off and given false hopes. I would love to bore all the future residents with specifics, however it would be too long of a read. I highly suggest that you DO NOT move here. You will be highly disappointed and surrounded by trash in all forms of the word. Nobody is here to help you and they are beyond willing to take your hard earned money with a smile on their faces. Please, do not move here.
