  I’m actually sad to have left. This place is so nice & the community was so sweet. Very quiet & family friendly. I have a child with ADHD & all the neighbors were so kind and patient with him. Highly recommend this community to others. Gonna miss yall!

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I am extremely disappointed with the way emergency maintenance is handled. Our air conditioning stopped working, and when I called, the automated system determined that our situation was not an emergency twice. According to the weather app, it was 80°F outside, yet it was 82°F inside our apartment. As someone with asthma, excessive indoor heat is more than an inconvenience—it can impact my health. Despite this, maintenance refused to come because it did not meet their definition of an emergency. I find it troubling that an automated system or someone who has never stepped foot in my apartment can decide what is or isn’t an emergency for residents without considering individual medical conditions or the actual indoor temperature. It’s difficult not to wonder whether those making these decisions would feel differently if they were sitting in an 82-degree apartment without air conditioning instead of in the comfort of an air-conditioned home. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has left me feeling that resident health and comfort are not a priority. I sincerely hope management reviews its emergency maintenance policies so that situations like this are handled with greater compassion and common sense. I am looking forward to the end of our lease and moving elsewhere.

  We have thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Ansley at Robert's Lake the past few weeks. We have met so many kind people, and the amenities are great. The apartments are pretty nice as well, and the outdoor areas are beautiful! We appreciate that it's a friendly and quiet community with many young families, and the office staff has been very pleasant and helpful. The main downside so far was watching the lawn service spray Roundup all over the perimeter of the playground where our kids play, as well as all over the mulch in front of people's patios. I'm trying to grow organic vegetables on my patio, so this was disheartening to see, as it's a dangerous pesticide. I'm wondering if the weed situation can be managed by just adding more mulch to these areas or if we could "opt out" of the pesticides by pulling the weeds ourselves. Other than that, we are happy residents and grateful to be here!
