  My husband and I have been so lucky getting to work with Travis Peed as we build our first house! Travis has been so helpful as we begin this new chapter! He is so knowledgeable and honest while guiding us through the steps of building a house. He truly cares and has made this a one of a kind experience as we begin the steps of joining this beautiful new neighborhood.

  I was genuinely interested in this community, but my experience was frustrating. I asked six separate times for basic information, including lot premium pricing, upgrade pricing, standard features, and estimated all-in costs. Instead of receiving that information, I was repeatedly pressured to come onsite, schedule a Microsoft Teams meeting, or take a phone call with a sales agent.

  Great experience and Travis is so great helping us with choices and guiding us. We have had homes with different builders and owned Ryan homes before, and quality of Ryan homes are the best. They don’t just rush to build more homes, they put heart and soul in each home. Very excited to move in and meet our neighbors!

  We have had an amazing experience so far with Ryan homes! The design process was super smooth and Travis was awesome in helping with decisions, walking us through the process and what to expect. The communication with Travis and Justin has been great. This is our second new build, our first with a different company, and this process has been so much more straightforward and transparent. So excited about this process and we truly feel like we are in great hands with this team!

  This is the fifth time we are building a home and we had the most amazing experience with the Ryan Homes Team. They are super customer service oriented, accommodating, flexible and responsive. The Ryan Homes management team were receptive to our requests and supportive to our needs. The choice of floor plans, structural options and selections were incredible. Ryan Homes has thought of almost everything. We had one of the best, if not the best, streamlined, organized and enjoyable sales experience. Anthony is detailed oriented, solution focused and a great listener. I will leave another review once our house construction is completed and we are in the house for a few months. Hoping the build and quality experience is just as good or even better than the great sales experience we had.
