  I made an appointment which was confirmed several times followed by them sending me repetitive appointment reminders. I drove 30min to get there, arrived early only to find the office closed. I waited an additional 25 min in case they were running late. The representative on the phone couldn’t confirm where the staff was. While waiting, another couple came and said the exact thing happened to them!! They did not follow up with a call or anything!! Definitely not a strong first impression. Side note…. front gate was wide open to this “gated community”. Forget Waldo, where’s management??

  Cancelled on our tour without even announcing or letting us know day of. Plus they had a sign that said they'll be back at 10am Saturday and nobody was there at 12p! Far from great experience for us. Would not recommend, they were very unprofessional.

  Lisa is honestly the sweetest and friendliest person! She always goes above and beyond to help and makes every interaction such a positive experience. Her customer service is absolutely amazing, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the people she helps. Thank you, Lisa, for always being so kind, and helpful. You’re truly a credit to Lake Cameron Apartments!
