  Mostly great experiences but very inconsistent communication from the office followed by the selection of a very unethical tow company really has me frustrated. I wanted this to be a 5-star, because at first other than minor maintenance issues I love my apartment, but I had a very aggressive tow driver be directed to move my vehicle after the 8/8 paving job was rescheduled to 8/10 without nearly as proper of notice as the original scheduling. Wish I could leave a 3.5 because 4 is too much but 3 is a bit harsh. The staff is kind, in the office and maintenance. They’re all very nice people. Other than my having communication issues with them at times my experience has been positive. I’ll gladly bump it to a 4 in a couple months if my experiences remain pleasant While this would’ve been a minor issue had the tow driver, whom I beat to my vehicle when I saw him pulling up, didn’t tell me to instigate the situation very directly he was “taking this vehicle with him now despite it only being paid for a tow across the lot because he didn’t like that I cussed him out for: a) continuing to hook the vehicle up when I was hopping inside my vehicle which is illegal b) putting hands on me to push me out of the way and hook my vehicle up when I got out to stop him because he was still honking me up with me seated inside c) refusing to tell me what was happening and where my vehicle was going If you could post paper notice the first time, you could do it the second time easily. Apparently maintenance came by in the morning, and when they knocked why didn’t they post another notice???? I wasn’t home clearly, but got dropped off at home around 10:30am that morning and was home the entire day til this 2pm ish incident. Not only was there no notice but nobody tried to knock again, when they apparently knocked in the AM and didnt get an answer. Like you can come back and knock again It’s kinda lazy to me and it’s not the first slow or poor communications I’ve had, and so communication is my biggest complaint. I hope that I can move this up to a 4 or 5 star over time. This was incredibly avoidable. We have phones. You did a letter once before. Please please do better with that.

  It’s a clean, safe and quiet neighborhood! Management and groundskeeping are quick to respond and do great work. My partner and I had a request for our apartment (a faucet that was tough to use) and they were kind and quick to accommodate us.

  The lazing Ofice show us a model Model apartment and in the real one when they give us the key it was different. It was on it was a clean is very disappointing the last day the first day of movie in just we can see the apartment and then I was very disappointed because the modern house they show me they said is going to be upgraded but is look like worst. I expect they will stand they worked they said.
