  As a resident of 5 years, I have found Flats at 540 to be more than sufficient for whatever needs I may have. Great location, wonderful community, timely responses on concerns/requests, etc. Pet friendly, but people focused, with pleasant employees. On a scale of 1-10 I give it a 9.5 and that’s ONLY because nothing is perfect!

  I love living here honestly. The neighborhood is great, the apartments are nice, the employees in the front office are very attentive, and the maintenance is really fast. Any issues that I’ve run into, they were quick to address them. They have events all the time too.

  The office staff is really helpful and the property has a well equipped gym.

  Zack did a great job assessing the problem with my refrigerator door. He ordered the necessary part and said he would return as soon as the part arrived to complete the job..He was knowledgeable, friendly, and acted in a professional manner.
