  Our dishwasher decided to randomly start leaking and David with maintenance was out here first thing addressing it. And when that didn’t work he was back out here the next morning incredibly kind the whole time.

  I have lived here for a year now, and I can say that this has been my favorite apartment I have lived in by far. The staff are super helpful and friendly, the maintenance staff are very professional and always fulfill maintenance requests quickly. The neighborhood/area is great as well. Beaver Creek is right next door and there is a target, coffee shop, tj maxx etc all within walking distance. The grounds are well maintained and there are plenty of amenities (pool, gym, yoga room etc).

  540 Flats is a great place to live. I moved my dad there in December of 2025. His apartment is the handicap apartment which is just what he needed. The shower area is perfect for him and makes showers so much easier. The grounds and buildings are kept so nice. The management is friendly and very helpful when you have problem that needs attention they take care of it for you in a timely manner. Another great thing about this place is the people who live there are so nice and take the time to introduce themselves and make you feel welcomed. My dad feels very happy and comfortable at 540 Flats. Overall, this is a great place to live.

  As a resident of 5 years, I have found Flats at 540 to be more than sufficient for whatever needs I may have. Great location, wonderful community, timely responses on concerns/requests, etc. Pet friendly, but people focused, with pleasant employees. On a scale of 1-10 I give it a 9.5 and that’s ONLY because nothing is perfect!

  I love living here honestly. The neighborhood is great, the apartments are nice, the employees in the front office are very attentive, and the maintenance is really fast. Any issues that I’ve run into, they were quick to address them. They have events all the time too.
