We do not live local to this location, but their friendliness and customer service made it well worth it. Kim has been with us through the whole entire process and helped us with every question we’ve had. She has sent weekly updates and made sure that we knew exactly where we were in the process. It has been a smooth and seamless purchase with her guiding us. If you are ever in the market to purchase a manufactured or modular home, please reach out to Kim at the Albemarle location.
