  I can’t recommend Amanda Cody highly enough! She worked with us for over a year to help find the perfect property, and throughout the entire process she was incredibly attentive, patient, responsive, and genuinely committed to understanding what we were looking for, and it changed throughout the process. And for the record, I’m an engineer... I tend to analyze everything, ask a lot of questions, look at every detail, and probably make things a little more complicated than necessary. 😂 She handled it all like a pro! What impressed me most was that she never tried to rush us into a property just to make a sale. She took the time to understand priorities, listened to concerns, and kept looking until we found the right property, not just a property. Her knowledge, persistence, communication, and attention to detail made what could have been a very stressful process surprisingly enjoyable. I always felt like she had my best interests in mind. If you’re looking for a realtor who will listen, work hard, be patient, and stick with you until you find exactly what you’re looking for, I highly recommend Amanda! She absolutely earned every one of these five stars!

As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and concerns throughout the process, but Amanda made everything feel easy, organized, and stress-free from start to finish. Amanda's years of experience and knowledge of the real estate market were evident every step of the way. She was always available to answer questions, explain the process, and provide guidance whenever we needed it. What truly set her apart was her dedication and commitment to her clients. She consistently went above and beyond, reaching out to builders, homeowners, mortgage brokers, attorneys, and other parties involved to make sure everything stayed on track and ready for closing and move-in day. We had a few minor things needing repair according to the inspection, Amanda was determined to ensure these things were successfully taken care of within a timely manner. Whenever an issue or delay came up, Amanda was proactive and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to find solutions and keep everyone informed. Her communication was excellent, and we always felt like she genuinely cared about helping our family find the right home and have a positive experience. Thanks to Amanda's hard work, professionalism, and attention to detail, our first home-buying experience was truly wonderful!!!   My husband and I recently purchased a beautiful home with the help of Amanda Cody, and we truly could not have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, Amanda made the entire process feel smooth, seamless, and almost completely hands-free for us. She handled every detail with professionalism, confidence, and care, allowing us to actually enjoy the journey instead of feeling overwhelmed by it. One of the things we loved most was how easy she made communication. We were able to include her in our family group chats, which made everything so convenient and transparent. She fit right in and honestly felt like family in no time. She works around the clock for her clients and always on it. No matter the time, she was responsive, proactive, and one step ahead. What stood out even more was the unsolicited praise she received from our lender.
