  We cannot say enough wonderful things about Amanda Cody with Hometown Realty Pros! As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and concerns throughout the process, but Amanda made everything feel easy, organized, and stress-free from start to finish. Amanda's years of experience and knowledge of the real estate market were evident every step of the way. She was always available to answer questions, explain the process, and provide guidance whenever we needed it. What truly set her apart was her dedication and commitment to her clients. She consistently went above and beyond, reaching out to builders, homeowners, mortgage brokers, attorneys, and other parties involved to make sure everything stayed on track and ready for closing and move-in day. We had a few minor things needing repair according to the inspection, Amanda was determined to ensure these things were successfully taken care of within a timely manner. Whenever an issue or delay came up, Amanda was proactive and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to find solutions and keep everyone informed. Her communication was excellent, and we always felt like she genuinely cared about helping our family find the right home and have a positive experience. Thanks to Amanda's hard work, professionalism, and attention to detail, our first home-buying experience was truly wonderful!!!
