  Strung my application along for 2 years. When I finally decide to put the pressure on the management about the status of my application, I was told I made too much because it is HUD housing apartments. When I originally applied I wasn’t making nearly as much. Crooked leasing and maintenance team! all of the residents in the complex thinks so! Get an entire new staff. They’re also only 1 untrained maintenance man for the entire complex

  DO NOT DELETE MY REVIEW AGAIN If I could give less than 1 star I would. Old, outdated, HIGH crime rate, even children are shooting each other , community washer and dryer always broken but the price to wash continues to increase, severe pest issues, thin walls, if my neighbor breathes too hard I can hear it, I can go on and on for hours. 1.Leasing office completely unprofessional,There’s an entire new staff every single year. 2.New maintenance team at least every 6 months. I can’t even say “team” because it’s only 1-2 unqualified maintenance for this entire complex. Could even replace a screen in my window. When I pointed out the incorrect install, I was told “ just put some tape on it” and they expected us to allow these rotation of random men in our units without question! If they’re not stealing by quoting incorrect rent prices and keeping the difference, The office hires friends of theirs and team up to steal out of residents homes during “inspections” or it’s a random man from temp agencies as the maintenance team. SAFETY RISK. Anything you can think that can be wrong about a property, move to these apartments. I bet something new will top your list!
