  Close to everything! Love it here! Office staff is nice and maintenance gives fast service. My home has a lot of natural light too!

  I’ve had a great experience living here! The property is beautiful, well maintained, and the community is quiet and welcoming. The staff is friendly, professional, and always helpful whenever I have a question or concern. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the overall atmosphere makes it feel like home. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well managed place to live!

  I’ve lived here for years, and I absolutely love this community! The maintenance and management teams are always on point and do a great job taking care of everything. If you’re looking for quality, a beautiful community, and lovely views, you’ll definitely want to rent at Tindeco Wharf! Highly recommend!

  Living here was traumatizing, to say the least. I posted a review when I was living here but then deleted it because I genuinely feared retaliation from the management team. I’m reposting my genuine review of this place as I reflect how blessed I am to be gone from here and in a rental where I can sleep. I lost so much sleep living here due to the neighbor(s) upstairs cleaning, vacuuming, running the dish washer and washing machines, and performing construction (eg hammering walls), etc. for over a year directly above my loft bedroom. I informed management endlessly about this issue — I even confirmed it was coming from the unit above me based on the neighbor’s dish washer leaking into my bedroom and onto my bed. Management and neighbor gas lit me for over a year. The late night noises and reactions to my complaints were peculiar. Oh, I was also stuck in the elevator at least twice, so thank goodness for Mike, one of the few friendly staff members around that place. I was constantly anxious living there — unable to sleep at night due to the reasons stated above and unable to nap or rest during day time due to blasting TVs, what sounded like video game tournaments (eg people shouting), and the weird vibes. The only saving grace about this place was the location on the water / promenade and being able to walk to the cantina directly behind or the wine bar across the parking lot and my next door neighbor. The rest was a living nightmare. Last but not least, I am Glad I parked in the lot and not the garage because the garage ceiling and door was known to collapse on vehicles (management used to attempt to downplay this fact and avoid liability).

  Tindeco is unlike any other place I’ve lived - the staff treats you family. From Martinez, Cathy, and William in the leasing office, to the 24-7 concierge team and friendly maintenance staff, could not have asked for a better team. However, the quality of the building and the unit is not the greatest. Everything in the apartment was functional, but just barely. The washer/dryer in our unit never worked well. I felt like the clothes came out almost just as dirty. The fridge, regardless of setting, constantly had a pool of water on the top shelf, despite not being hooked up to a water line. Toilets require two flushes for solids and the round seat wasn’t the most comfortable. I was okay with the subpar quality because of the price of the apartment. I knew what I was getting into. If you’re picky, Tindeco is not the place for you, but if you want a great value with a staff that treats you like family, live at Tindeco.
