  Very unprofessional staff. Everything is this community is broken and falling apart. I’m a very patient man, but when you willfully neglect to fix air conditioning for people with animals, you no longer count as a person. At this point, the ownership group and property management need to be reminded who deposit money in their account. Avoid this slum at all costs. The only maintenance person who seems to be of any good repute is Mike and he doesn’t seem to be the one doing the calls. The concierge team is hit or miss—the good ones know who they are. And I don’t know even know what happened to the leasing team who showed me the apartment less than a year ago because it’s only Cathy now. Resident events are during work hours and pretty much amount to “join us for free coffee” or something. Half the time there are so many typographical errors on those flyers, the colors aren’t even trying to accommodate for people with disabilities—I’m talking black-text-on-dark-blue-backgrounds type of carelessness. The girl at the front desk yelled at me less than an hour after I arrived in town because we asked for advice on a problem we had with moving in and she had to work in New Year’s Eve like… I left my home state of 40 years to move here on New Year’s Eve for my job… so, I’m sorry? Don’t take it out on me. I waited 6 months to not write such a scathing review. I really held my breath thinking it was just a series of unfortunate events but come on. I cannot. The garage leaks white stuff on your car and it’s hard to wash it off. Parking in that garage will cost you $120 a month. The glass tubes of the neon signs in front of the leasing office that say wharf in “Tindeco Wharf” have been busted since I toured in September last year… this place has so much potential and yet absolutely nothing going for it. Sad.

  I lived here for 3 years, my FAVORITE apartment I’ve ever lived in. Wondering people and community. Cathy is THE BEST!! and Mike is AMAZING!!! 10/10 reviews. Best place to live in Baltimore. I will miss this place dearly, don’t walk run to get an apartment!!!
