Update : Updating my review because management has changed and communication has significantly declined. I started my recertification/lease renewal process early and submitted documents months in advance, yet I have been unable to get updates despite repeated calls and emails. Living here has been a blessing in some ways because when your income is low or you’re unemployed, the rent is income-based. However, low rent does not mean residents should be ignored or treated like their concerns do not matter. Communication from management has become non-existent because it was already poor. Calls go unanswered, emails are ignored, and maintenance concerns often take far too long to be addressed. Our front entrance key fob system has repeatedly failed, to the point where residents have had to keep the door propped open just to get in and out of the building. Since then, safety concerns have continued to increase. There have been vehicle break-ins, stolen packages, stolen cars, and groups of teenagers hanging around the property and laundry rooms. My own package was recently stolen, and multiple neighbors have experienced the same issue. Residents should not have to feel unsafe where they live. The environment has also become frustrating overall, from trash being left throughout the hallways to ongoing parking issues where people block others in or double park without consideration for anyone else. I understand many people come here during difficult times and may not have many housing options. I also understand staffing changes happen. But residents still deserve communication, security, and basic respect. I truly hope conditions improve because right now many residents are exhausted and frustrated.

I don't know why the City didn't tear this place down when they demolished all the other houses on that street. That place is poorly constructed like an empty box. You can hear everybody that comes in the buildings. And tenants hang in the hallways like inmates on tiers.
