  If I could give negative stars, I would. Easily one of the WORST places you can ever live in. They treat you as if they're doing you a favor, not that you're paying the rent. -Maintenance? Good luck getting ahold of them. They will lie to you and to management, sit in their car in front of your apartment for hours then leave, not getting anything done. When you follow up, their excuse is that they're on a lunch break. Lunch break in the morning, around lunch, in the evening, just lazy and don't want to work. -Gated community? Yeah, you pay extra money for the gate that doesn't work. It's always open, always broken, gets fixed for 2 days and breaks for months. Lived there for 15 months, the gate barely worked for 2 months collectively. Oh and the smartest part is that the gym, which they're very proud of, unlocks using the same fob the gate unlocks with. So as long as the gate is broken, good luck getting in the gym. When they intend to open it, they open it from 9 to 4, when you can't benefit while you're at work. -Pool? Closes due to "inclement weather" whenever they feel like it. Not sure how a sunny hot day qualifies as inclement weather. -Mold? Oh tell me about it. Had a problem breathing the entire time because the entire complex is full of mold. If you complain, they come wipe it with detergent blaming it on the temperature difference between the AC and the outside. -Thieves? Of course! I left town for less than a week, came back to have my stuff on the porch stolen. When I told management about it, they made sure to not do anything about it, and when I went to the office, their main manager made sure to leave to office so he doesn't have to face me. And yes, there will be stuff stolen from your car, and nothing will be done about it. The apartments have a weird smell to them, a combination of manure and weed, and the walls are paper thin so you hear your neighbors all the time. And over and above, good luck getting your deposit. They do their best to trick you, saying you didn't sign a notice you're vacating, when they don't bother provide a notice. How dumb do you think people are? This place is easily one of the worst places I've ever been to, ever lived in, and they're the most unprofessional people you can ever meet.

  Don't like. Too expensive for what the apartments offer. Maintenance service is spotty.

  By far the worst apartments I have ever been in. I had a crack in my window the fist day of moving in. It rained that day so water was everywhere. Maintenance was called and came out one time until I then started noticing tiny holes in my bedroom wall near the window. Maintenance was called again. Days later I found out my unit was infested with termites. I contacted the office multiple times before they actually did anything. They serviced my unit one time and I then noticed termites were literally coming from the wood on the floor near the carpet. I was also told by one of my neighbors that this has been an on going problem and that she had also moved from the unit because of the same problem. There were nights I could not sleep at my own home because of how disturbing this was. Keep in mind this was also during swarming season. Not to mention the parking is horrible and it floods bad when it rains. Also had pets problems other than the termites. If I could go on I would. HORRIBLE. I moved out not even a whole month of staying here.

  This apartment is a fantastic home! The unit is always spotless and well-maintained, Ms.Nadia is incredibly responsive to any issues. The in-building amenities, like the pool and gym, are a real bonus."

  i pay way to much fro a 1 bedroom in a gated community that really isn’t gated to be dealing with the issues i have been. if you are looking to move here and would like to see what i’m talking about please email me bugbell1996@gmail.com and i’ll be sure to let you in on what could be your biggest life saver ever! so wish i had someone to let me in on what i was getting myself into. THE AC UNIT DOES NOT WORK!!!!!!!!! believe the reviews!!!!!!!!!
