  New management and employees gave me a way better experience. Any complaints I had they acknowledged immediately. The staff in the office is very friendly and welcoming. The office follows up with request made best experience I had living in an apartment highly recommend. Gym is amazing and pool area!

  I see what everyone was talking about... Jenny is cool... But mold painted over and still visible, termites not treated correctly, trash everywhere in the parking lot and the park, the gym is missing weights and 3 big screen TV that just sit there, i mean you can't turn them on but you'll just look at a black screen. One even has a giant crack in it... was there an entire year, I wonder if they've replaced it and connected the internet in there. What are you paying for? They sell you on all these things that either aren't what they seem or nonexistent. They say valet picks up trash EVERYDAY EXCEPT for TWO... GOOD LUCK WITH THAT. Your trashcan can be over flowing and you'll catch them chilling under a tree. Mind you they charge you for valet service 😆. It's actually ridiculous. I gave it a TWO because they oversell their value because of the area but just keep falling short. I didn't give it a ONE because the SOME of the staff is actually cool and the events were a cool experience... just cool maybe if they took some of the time to plan the events into the day to day things around here it could really be A LOT BETTER. If you need to be in this area there are better options. Just don't rush. It's too easy to get caught in a lease there.

  Reading recent reviews detailing mold and bug infestations, paired with dismissive management, makes this an absolute 'no' for my relocation. It is concerning that these issues persist four months later. They need real solutions, not scripted answers.

  This apt have bugs and termite !!!!! don't believe anything the tell you the cover all the problems so you can't see whats going!!!!!
