I have lived here for months, and this has been the most frustrating maintenance experience I have ever had.
For over 4 months, the hallway fire alarm sensor outside my apartment has repeatedly malfunctioned, producing a loud beeping noise late at night. The issue has occurred more than 10+times, repeatedly waking me from sleep.
I have sent several maintenance emails, attached video evidence every time, made emergency maintenance calls in the middle of the night, and visited the leasing office in person. I have also received repeated assurances that repairs were being coordinated, yet the problem continues to reoccur.
Because my apartment is directly next to the malfunctioning sensor, I have repeatedly had to get out of bed in the middle of the night and go into the hallway just to silence the alarm so I could try to sleep again.
A malfunction involving a building fire alarm system should be treated as an urgent life-safety issue. Instead, this has continued for months with no clear completion date.
The staff have been polite, but the lack of a permanent solution has been extremely disappointing.
Over the past four months, I have heard every explanation imaginable—vendor delays, severe weather, electrical issues—yet the exact same fire alarm sensor continues to malfunction and wake residents in the middle of the night.
I am writing this review after once again being awakened by the same beeping alarm in the middle of the night.
No resident should have to live like this.

Do not rent from Botanic Luxury Apartments!
This apartment complex has a serious pest control problem that management has failed to adequately address. I moved in during August 2025, and shortly afterward began experiencing recurring issues with large flying roaches throughout my apartment. These are not occasional sightings—this has been an ongoing problem despite multiple pest control treatments.
Extermination efforts have not resolved the issue, and management has not taken meaningful steps to identify or correct the source of the infestation. I have sent numerous messages to the property manager expressing my concerns, but the response has been disappointing and focused primarily on rent collection rather than tenant satisfaction and habitability.
As a result of these ongoing conditions, I requested an early lease termination, which was denied. I have paid my rent on time every month since the beginning of my lease and expected a higher standard of living, especially given the premium rent charged by this community.
There is nothing luxurious about living with a persistent pest infestation. Prospective renters should carefully consider this experience before signing a lease.

I fell in LOVE with these apartments!!! I had an amazing experience working with Ayanna as my leasing consultant. From the very beginning, she was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right place. Definitely not luxury in my experience. Trash left outside of dumpsters for periods of time, pool has had extended closure in past, debris and refuse/ trash around property. The latest property management has been difficult in my opinion. I have been given hard time with getting additional key fob? Poor follow up service request, property isn’t close to what it was and certainly better options in the area.
