  Let me save you the headache, do not move here Roaches, trash piling up at the dumpster, dog poop everywhere you walk, mold in the units. Rude staff, and when they actually have great staff they get rid of them. Very high school mean girls. Dog park is so nasty. Maintenance just entering your apartment without warning when coming to do work. They never change filters in fridge just reset every time. Recent crime of people breaking into cars, no security. Also if you HAVE to pay a cleaning fee when you move out at least have the apartment clean when we first move in and not have a huge poop turd in the toilet day one of move in. And don’t be delusional thinking you’re gonna get a deposit back. Go somewhere else please. Ohh and constant jets and planes flying over head 1000 ft agl. Horrible location.

  When we first moved into our apartment, we were having a difficult time getting in touch with the maintenance team. The front office staff kept asking us to wait to submit our work orders because they said maintenance was backed up. One day, we happened to run into John, the Maintenance Manager, as he was heading out. He was incredibly polite, welcoming, and took the time to personally introduce us to Tae, one of the maintenance technicians. Tae was just as kind and professional, and he completed everything we needed within the same hour. We really appreciate the excellent customer service John and Tae provided. They turned what had been a frustrating experience into a very positive one. Thank you both for going above and beyond!

  I’ve lived here for over a year and I love everything about it. The unit itself, the pool and gym are always quiet and clean, the amenitys (even the small things like gift wrapping station during the holidays) and I always feel so safe here. The main thing that makes me love coming home every day is the management and leasing staff. They are always so helpful, kind and genuinely care about you. I also love the maintenance staff. The staff is consistent so I never feel like there is a stranger in my home and they always alert you before entering. I had an issue with my AC that I brought to the attention of the front office, within 3 minutes maintenance was there and within 30 the problem was explained to me and fixed. The only thing I wish I could change is the trash situation but if you rent in the south you know that Valet Living is a joke of a company and has no reflection on Venterra. If you’re thinking about living here you won’t regret it!

  I have lived here for months, and this has been the most frustrating maintenance experience I have ever had. For over 4 months, the hallway fire alarm sensor outside my apartment has repeatedly malfunctioned, producing a loud beeping noise late at night. The issue has occurred more than 10+times, repeatedly waking me from sleep. I have sent several maintenance emails, attached video evidence every time, made emergency maintenance calls in the middle of the night, and visited the leasing office in person. I have also received repeated assurances that repairs were being coordinated, yet the problem continues to reoccur. Because my apartment is directly next to the malfunctioning sensor, I have repeatedly had to get out of bed in the middle of the night and go into the hallway just to silence the alarm so I could try to sleep again. A malfunction involving a building fire alarm system should be treated as an urgent life-safety issue. Instead, this has continued for months with no clear completion date. The staff have been polite, but the lack of a permanent solution has been extremely disappointing. Over the past four months, I have heard every explanation imaginable—vendor delays, severe weather, electrical issues—yet the exact same fire alarm sensor continues to malfunction and wake residents in the middle of the night. I am writing this review after once again being awakened by the same beeping alarm in the middle of the night. No resident should have to live like this.
