  Tree Park Apartments are nice and well maintained. Pricing is good and amenities are great. We love the shade in the courtyard and the pool. We are looking forward to using the gym and tennis courts.

  I had an excellent experience working with Dvondre during my leasing process. From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, patient, and extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions, kept me updated throughout the process, and made everything easy to understand. His customer service truly stood out, and he made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and welcoming.   Excellent Customer Service Clara and Rosie helped me navigate through the application process. They were genuinely interested in my well being and assisted me through the process. They were cheerful, very very patient with me and did not mind answering all my questions and assisting me with the computer issues I encountered (my lack of computer skills). Clara and Rosie worked well together as a team to assist others that came into the office, while still making sure I was okay and able to navigate the system. It’s your team of Clara and Rosie in the front office that exhibit friendly, knowledgeable, able to assist each other in a professional and positive manner that makes me glad that I choose Tree Park as my next home. It was a pleasure working with Clara and Rosie. They represent the company well and I look forward to my future as a tenant

  Lived here before with my family. My brother ended up getting so severely ill he was in the hospital for a little over a month. My dog got super ill too… turns out there was really bad mold in my brother’s room and when we brought it their attention they could care less. The bottom of my brother’s bed ended up getting mold on it too so we left that piece of furniture behind when we finally moved out, and they knew about our situation and still charged us for that bed we left behind. Also the rent starts increasing like crazy. There’s cockroaches too. Also we had neighbors egg our car before… We lived on the first floor, not sure if it’s a different experience on other floors but be aware you might go through this.
