  My experience living in Magnolia is wonderful. The property manager is very helpful. The property stays clean and when I need something done the maintenance crew is quick about fixing it.

  Kennetha and Danni made my application process so much easier. They were very helpful I’m older so they were very patient with me. This staff was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. Thank you ladies so much for making me feel at home. Looking forward to seeing you all soon! I can’t forget about Jermaine thank you as well! I can’t leave you out. Magnolia Pointe Staff Thank you so much. Building relationships with the staff and residents really means a lot. I truly appreciate you 🫶🏾😊

  They always changing the management of the apartments. They don’t have steady staff. There’s a lot of cockroaches in and around the apartment, and they have no remedy for the situation. The company that’s responsible for the cockroaches has no control of it or any solution to get rid of the cockroaches. As you live in the apartment complex, you have to take care of the cockroaches in your own place. Which is very bad. That’s, while you are clearing the one in your place, your next door neighbors don’t care. Later all in other people’s place will get back to your place😡🥹. Very bad.

  The management here is horrible. They don’t respond to your requests and are rude and act like residents are an inconvenience instead of trying to help. The apartment itself has had ongoing pest problems with roach infestations and flies. No one wants to deal with that after paying rent every month for over $1400 and these issues are never resolved. The place is filthy and the trash areas are always packed to the top for weeks at a time. What really pushed me over the edge was when fireworks ended up damaging my car yesterday for July 4th 🙂 it's been a frustrating place to live. I can't recommend Magnolia Pointe to anyone. If you're apartment hunting, I'd seriously consider looking somewhere else even if it means staying on the streets
