  The management here is horrible. They don’t respond to your requests and are rude and act like residents are an inconvenience instead of trying to help. The apartment itself has had ongoing pest problems with roach infestations and flies. No one wants to deal with that after paying rent every month for over $1400 and these issues are never resolved. The place is filthy and the trash areas are always packed to the top for weeks at a time. What really pushed me over the edge was when fireworks ended up damaging my car yesterday for July 4th 🙂 it's been a frustrating place to live. I can't recommend Magnolia Pointe to anyone. If you're apartment hunting, I'd seriously consider looking somewhere else even if it means staying on the streets

  Current resident- cannot wait to get out of here. No AC for days on end several times- still haven't replaced the unit. Entire complex flooded and NO WATER FOR DAYS- has happened 3x since I moved in. The pool- the only saving grace to this nightmare- closed almost every day for some reason or another since Memorial Day. This past weekend they once again had someone new in the office and she treated every resident at the pool (finally open!!) like a criminal and was kicking people out for violating rules that are not posted anywhere and have obviously never been an issue before.

  Lived here long long ago..at least 20 years. Out of the blue I received an email about an office closure to a email address I’ve only had for about 12 years. Magnolia Pointe was never given that email. I emailed and asked why they were emailing me and how did they get my email address, no response . The parent company lost be horrible if a complex they manage can’t even respond as to why I’m on a email blast 20+ later. Also, within two hours of the response from this business someone sent a rude and threatening text message from a spoof number to my business number . I doubt that it’s a coincidence but I will press charges . I won’t allow bullying or stalking. My email should not be in your system. It’s all very odd. We can end up in court. I have no issue with pressing charges.

  Siempre que se pone una orden de trabajo nunca van a arreglar, solo lo miran y ya . Y la oficina nunca está abierta y cobran daños qué ya estaban ... pésima Administración
