  My experience so far with Mark Williams at Magnolia Pointe has been anything short of A.W.E.S.O.M.E!!! I felt very welcomed upon entering the office and he made me feel really comfortable throughout the rental application process. He is also very responsive to phone calls and emails, which is very much appreciated. Thank you for making my experience easier than I thought it would be, Mark!

  I been living here for 2 years and 6 months and I moved into a Roach infection apartment mildew all round the tub in both bathroom I called in maintain repairs and nobody never come to fix anything. Me and my kids had been on vacation from July 18 until Tues 26 and the people who lived above me flood me out. When I came home I went to tell the rent office they came over and never came back to fix anything I had to clean my own carpet to get the smell out my house cause the water had done sit for so long. Also went over to find out what they was going to do the property manger said the office was not going to be open because she was short staff would not come and talk to me or nothing. I wish I could post pictures cause I would sorry people. They don't care cause they don't have to live in.
