  The negative reviews were correct , rude and poor service !! Application process is a hassle and the management staff “Maria “ sucks !!! She needs to learn customer service skills or be replaced seriously!!! The Over priced tiny apartment is not worth the headache when you’re trying to move forward with the process ,they want more than these new apartments are asking for. This is an old building !!! Just like the other review I read , DO NOT waste your time or money here go elsewhere.!! I started off excited but after dealing with “Maria” I rather not even move forward at all.

  I want to give a huge thank-you to Zuly for how helpful, understanding, and professional she was throughout my move-out process. She took the time to listen to my situation, communicated clearly, and genuinely worked with me to make everything more manageable. Moving is already stressful, but her kindness and willingness to help made a major difference. Canton Mill Lofts is fortunate to have someone like her on the management team. Thank you again, Zuly!

  Zuly was so helpful and sweet and even when I asked (what I thought were) dumb questions she responded with nothing but kindness and helpfulness. I’m so excited to be at the lofts and she’s made this whole experience way better. She also was excited for me to move in on the phone and I appreciate that gratitude it’s like “yes I’m moving in on this date” you usually hear “okay well that’s your date if you have problems take it up with someone else” however this time when trying to talk to someone about moving in she actually answered every question and was so sweet and even helped go ahead and get my welcome letter A RAISE IS DUE to her she’s been one of the sweetest people I’ve talking to and Zuly and Jake are the reason I’m so happy to experience the lofts!!!

  This is a great place to live it is located near everything. Also the office staff is the best. They are understanding to all needs and willing to work with you on any issues that might come up. The complex manager is the friendliest person I have ever met and will go out of her way to make sure you are happy and satisfied. If you are looking for a fun great place to live this is it.

  Canton Mill Lofts has been an amazing place to live! The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a great community atmosphere. A special thank you to the leasing agents especially jake, and Zuly, the Community Manager. They Have all been incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely caring throughout my experience. They go above and beyond to make residents feel welcomed and valued. I highly recommend Canton Mill Lofts to anyone looking for a great place to call home!
