  I would give a them a -1000 stars if I could. This place is a nightmare 0/10 wouldn’t recommend it to my worse enemy. The dogs are not to blame but their owners are this has to be the most insufferable place I have ever lived there’s someone here who’s dog literally whine and howl FOR HOURS. HOWLING HOWLING HOWLING!!!!! This type of behavior from dogs is concerning and seems like Animal Control needs to get involved it came out of nowhere I’ve never heard these dogs in distress until about a few weeks ago and if they don’t do something about it I will call Animal Control myself. You can hear the tenant talking over the whining/howling its utter madness. All day? Then there’s children playing in the courtyard after 9pm screaming to the top of their lungs riding mini motorized bikes at least 3-4 times a week. There’s an actual park behind the apartments but no bring your children to scream outside of everyone’s window that makes total sense. The walls are basically sheets because you can hear your neighbor breathing oh and hearing the person above you toilet flush DAILY like actively this place is the worst decision of my life I don’t know how or why they have 4.1 on Google. Do not ruin your nervous system by living here it’s not worth it I don’t care how nice the staff is unless you’re moving to the 3rd floor in a corner unit don’t do it. Children screaming outside of your window 9:30 at night is insane I’m actually shocked do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live.

  The Lofts are absolutely gorgeous. The staff is friendly and is ready to help with any needs. We needed a couple of things fixed when we moved in and they were done immediately, no waiting. We are so happy with our choice to live here and look forward to a couple of years here or more.

  I’ve had a great experience living at Canton Mill Lofts. The building itself is absolutely beautiful—full of character, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping everything clean, functional, and visually appealing. What really stands out, though, is the staff. They are consistently professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve responded quickly and made the process easy. It’s rare to find a team that’s this attentive and committed to making residents feel comfortable and valued. Overall, Canton Mill Lofts offers a perfect balance of style, comfort, and excellent service. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed place to live.

  Canton Mill Lofts has been a wonderful place to call home. They are friendly, responsive, and consistently professional, which makes day‑to‑day living easy and enjoyable. The amenities are well maintained and add real value, from the inviting common areas to the dog park and clean‑up stations. The property feels lively and welcoming, with pets and families contributing to a warm neighborhood atmosphere.   I have no clue how they could ever get a good rating. Bedrooms don’t have windows. Bedrooms don’t have ceilings. Sharing one of these apartments DOES NOT WORK (unless you like listening to your roommate do whatever they do in their bedroom ie snoring, banging etc- as it can all be heard throughout the apartment with only a ceiling in the bathroom.) These used to be section 8 apartments, then with each subsequent sale and paint job the buyers figured they could jack up the rent and call them luxury- 🤣🤣🤣
