The people here never cease to amaze me. The way that the maintenance staff and office ladies go the extra mile never cease to amaze me. They never fail to share a smile, a joke, or show compassion. They are everything that a community staff should be.
Oh and I have loved my home since move in. I would recommend to any of my friends and family (and have on numerous occasions!!!)

I have been living here for a year now. The now community manager moved me and my cousin in and she has been communicative and kind and as helpful as the day I met her. All of our maintenance issues are taken care of. She always stops to chat with my roommate and I during events or out on the property. Whenever I talk to her she remembers details about me and notes from our conversation being sure to check in on a previous issue or an ask about an event that I discussed in passing showing genuine care. I know that there are many people living here so her remembering small things I’ve said previously shows how much the people she interacts with matter

I rarely leave reviews, but after months of trying to resolve concerns directly with management and corporate, I feel compelled to share my experience.
Since moving into The Whitney in October 2024, I have dealt with a series of ongoing issues, including an apartment that was not properly cleaned at move-in, multiple package thefts, recurring leaks from neighboring units, water intrusion in several areas of my apartment, mold concerns, excessive humidity issues, and repeated maintenance requests that often required multiple follow-ups to receive updates or resolution.
Over the course of my tenancy, I have documented leaks in my bathroom, closet, living room, and other areas of the apartment. I have provided photos, videos, and written communications regarding these issues. Despite the recurring nature of these problems, I have never received any rent concession, compensation, or meaningful acknowledgment of the impact these situations have had on my living conditions.
What has been most disappointing is the lack of communication. Since June 12, I have made repeated attempts to obtain responses from both onsite management and corporate regarding ongoing concerns and a recent payment issue. To date, I have received little to no meaningful communication despite multiple outreach attempts.
Adding to my frustration, I am now being restricted from using my bank account to make rent payments due to two administrative payment errors that were both immediately communicated and resolved. At no point did these situations result in a refusal to pay rent or a long-term unpaid balance. Meanwhile, the numerous maintenance and habitability issues I have experienced throughout my tenancy have received far less urgency.
With rent due again soon, I am still waiting for answers and a reasonable resolution. Residents should not have to repeatedly chase management for communication while dealing with recurring maintenance issues and unresolved concerns.
I hope this review encourages management and corporate leadership to improve responsiveness, accountability, and communication with residents. My goal is not simply to complain but to finally receive the attention and resolution these issues deserve.

This is one of the most unprofessional offices, I have ever encountered. No one ever answers the phone. I had keep following up on status of application was asked to send information and had to follow up every single time, with an apartment locator helping me. I almost think this is a SCAM to get information. From June 5 completing application to June 22 , was my final straw and told them I did not want to do business with them. I had a date to move in on JUNE 24, NO ONE REACHED OUT AT ALL!! Very unacceptable! Unprofessional and plan out RUDE!! NO REPLIES for days on email if any and definitely do not answer the phones and reading these reviews with rodents running rampant is enough for me. I dodged a bullet ! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHADY OFFICE!! RUN DON"T WALK!!
